Found this place through Google reviews and dropped my watch off to get the time movement piece replaced. From the beginning, he ensured a fair quote and even told me the model # in case I wanted to get a second opinion. I already knew it was a fair price because I was quoted double at a big box store. He ordered a new piece overseas (first time from Singapore) and upon installation, realized the piece was not good because it couldn't keep the time. He ordered again -- this time from Germany. Overall, it took almost 4-6 weeks (to receive two replacement pieces overseas plus installation/cleaning).
During the entire process, he called me to keep me up to date on the process and why there were additional delays. As this was not my primary watch, I had no issues with the delay. I appreciated his due diligence in making sure that the new piece was functional. He also cleaned and replaced a few pieces that were rusting from not wearing it for awhile. When I went to pick it up, he offered a 10% discount to account for the time delay.
He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate the customer service and beyond reasonable pricing. Definitely keeping this one for any future needs. Planning to take my husband's watch for regular maintenance/cleaning next!

A positive experience! I dropped in to ask about having a stone set in a semi-mount to finish a birthstone ring for a loved one's milestone birthday. KJ set the stone while I waited, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes! His work was done well, his price was more than reasonable, and he himself is very kind and friendly, the sort of person you could sit and talk with for a while. While I was there, KJ mentioned that he also does custom work, so I'll certainly keep him in mind for any future needs. Thanks so much for a job well done!

I love this guy! He is so gracious and welcoming each time I come in! I’m always fascinated by his ‘surgical repair’ to the various clocks— beautiful clocks too!! Must check out— he is the only guy in town I’ll take my watch addiction to! ☺️? he is the best!

I've been coming here for the past decade, maybe a little longer. KJ is a great guy and will talk your ear off about watches and life. He's repaired a couple of watches for me and done battery replacements as well. More complicated or very old movements may need to be taken elsewhere, but he's honest about what he knows he can do and will not just take your money. I always come to him first for advice, and trust that what he does will be correct, or he will make it right.
