Matt is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the NOVA area. Having grown up in the area he knows every nook and cranny, is familiar with the up and coming neighborhoods, and is genius with matching a buyer’s personality with that of the many communities in this area. It can be overwhelming to try and sift through the many available options out there, but Matt’s care and guidance not only made it manageable, but fun, and helped me find not just a place to live, but a new home I couldn’t be happier with. I highly recommend Matt for anyone’s real estate needs.
