Took my 2010 Chevy Tahoe for rear brakes. Was quoted $720 for rear brakes and rotors. Seemed high but I needed it done. When I got the bill, I went through the breakdown. They charged me $396.98 for the NAPA Premium Brake Rotor and Pad Kit. I looked this up, by the part number they provided (AAANBK 8312ADK1). It is only, $273.97. That is a difference of $123.01. Subtracting the actual part cost from the total bill leaves $446.89. According to their invoice they worked on the car for 1.9 Hours. Dividing that out means their labor rate is $235.20 per hour. If I were to have gone to a Chevy dealership, their labor rate is only $190 and hour and that is GM certified work. This place is a total rip off and I will never return. Hopefully this review saves others from getting ripped off.

My regular service station was not doing inspections this month so they referred me here. Was in and out in under 40 minutes today with one car ahead of me. Very polite and professional people as well.

Don’t do state inspections here! I went yesterday and the guy failed me because my third brake light was supposedly too dim and my headlight wasn’t cleaned. I took it to another place and passed it. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!

Poor customer service. I arrived for a state inspection, endured a half-hour wait in line, and when it was finally my turn, the mechanic requested further waiting. After an additional ten minutes, I inquired about my turn, only to be met with rude and disrespectful behavior from the mechanic. Frustrated after 40 minutes of waiting, I opted to visit another gas station instead. I cannot recommend their inspection and mechanic services.

Definitely would not recommend coming here for anything other than an oil change and gas. Poor customer service and they just want to make money by recommending services that are not needed.

The cashiers that works in the late afternoon stinks up the place and is very rude. He’s the old man that has a nasty looking beard named khann. I would honestly recommend going there before 2 and after ten, talk with the mourning and late night guys, those two cashier are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services.

I've had mixed experiences with Fairlington Sunoco. At times they've quickly fixed a flat tire. Another time they told me I needed an expensive repair when I took my car in for an oil change. My own mechanic told me the repair was not needed. This week I took it for inspection and they failed my car. I took it to my mechanic who told me the car was fine. This time I returned with a State Police officer to have the mechanic show where the problem was. There was no problem. The officer handled it well and instructed the mechanic in how to properly inspect a car. Then I got my sticker....but the officer noticed that the mechanic had not filled out the back of the sticker, making it not legal. I finally left with my properly inspected car and a valid sticker, but it took a lot of time and not a little stress between getting to my own mechanic and connecting with State Police. You can use them, but don't trust them if they tell you you need a repair.

Overpriced fuel compared with stations elsewhere. The store is pretty good, bathroom was disgusting. Car wash was terrible.

Cesar is the best! If you need any work done ask for him. I brought my car to him for a broken window and he helped me out immediately and even went above and beyond to fix the window. I really like this shop and especially Cesar.

I don’t know what has happened with everyone else but Abdul rocks and has helped me out of so many jams and inspections/emissions. I don’t know if I’d feel the same if he wasn’t there on a visit but Abdul is the man.
