the pharmacist John ashbi is very rude and never gives the medicine in the right time he always gives out the medicine very late I had lots medication prescribed by my doctor and when I would go to pick it up he would say it isn’t in the system and it’s expired when it would literally be prescribed that exact date every time I go my medicine is never ready and their very rude and also racist it’s getting out of control and it’s very annoying. I waited an hour just to only get on prescription

I went in for a prescription and while browsing, I noticed that the shelves are much to be desired bc there are no good snacks on them. The food choices are also lacking ? and unremarkable. I understand that this is for the most part a pharmacy, but JEEZ! I never experienced this issue at Walgreens. Do better!

This place is extremely hit-or-miss. About one-quarter of the shelves are empty, and another one-quarter of the shelves are locked up behind glass. They are preventing more in sales than they are preventing in losses. If I see something locked up behind glass, I just go to another store or order it online. I don't even waste my time waiting for someone to unlock it. There is nobody at the register, so you have to use self-checkout. Always get a printed receipt when using self-checkout. Compare what you buy to what is on the receipt before walking out the door. If you forget to scan something, or if the system has an error and doesn't scan something, it is very unlikely they will let you go back and pay for the item or leave it behind. These days businesses are very likely to just go ahead and charge you with shoplifting even if there was an honest misunderstanding. Walmart is notorious for falsely charging people with shoplifting. Since when does going to the store have to be running a gauntlet? Lousy company, lousy service.

Horrible pharmacy, closes early, got there at 7:05 p.m. and they had already filled a prescription for a narcotic for my sister who just came out of surgery, the pharmacist will still behind the counter but refused to serve me. Terrible attitude and zero care for patients. Awful company, avoid at all costs

Seriously the worst CVS pharmacy in the DMV area. Horribly incompetent and unorganized. They constantly fail to fill prescriptions I order, without providing a notification, and always use the excuse “the warehouse must be out of it”. They also sometimes take days to fill prescriptions. The gentleman at the register is very kind, but some of the pharmacists are condescending.
