Many meds are on back order, leaving clients to travel far to just get our meds. Cvs has no system that customers can use to search the availability of meds and stores can only search within a 20 miles radius of their store. So customers have to play with Google and call around for hours. I called this location which was the 8th store I've called Today and this location is 45 mins from my home ...a lady answers says yeah it black order we don't have it. I asked if she could see if any local cvs had the med in stock. Without even bothering to look she said " none of us have it ".Who allowed this ghetto McDonald's drive thru sounding lady to work at this cvs ? Terrible service!!!

It’s 1:59pm and no one is opening these blinds or starting any computers or conversations. These Covid 19 hours still in affect 2024 are extremely inconvenient, closing by 7pm (come on guys, I have two jobs! Work with us!) and your lunch hours too 1:30pm to 2pm, why can’t they be 12 to 1pm! I’m waiting to get my child medication only to wait more time because they have not been filled. His dermatologist send the prescriptions yesterday. Do better CVS on Kenmore avenue.

Is it my imagination or is this CVS, PERFECT!!The pharmacy team is awesome. Always there to answer your questions with intelligence and kindness.The drugstore staff knows their store and takes great care of everyone.Thank you.

Never suffering such a low-efficiency service in a CVS!!!! The worker’s efficiency is a complete disaster. Most customer can not get the satisfied response from the staff. We should believe the rating systems in google map. This CVS sucks:(

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would!!! I’ve never been to a pharmacy with the most incompetent and unorganized staff in my life. They have no idea what they are doing, they lie and straight lose prescriptions. Please avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I will be sending this information along to corporate.

I've used this pharmacy for a decade. In the last couple of years, customer service has degraded. I'm not sure what happened this summer, but it regularly takes multiple days to get prescriptions filled and staff don't answer the phone at all.

I can NEVER get anyone at the pharmacy on the phone. Ever. Today, for example, I called four separate times at various times throughout the day, and have sat on the phone for about an hour and a half combined. All the while waiting for an update on a prescription I am completely out of that my doctor called in nearly two weeks ago. Unbelievably frustrating.

CVS located at 4606 Kenmore Ave is the worst ever! Customer Service is horrible! Wait time will age you 20 years. They shut down during the busiest times of the day and have reduced their operating hours. Lastly, there is a different pharmacist every week, so no real relationship with your pharmacist. Not sure what has happened with CVS Pharmacies but I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to Walgreens or Harris Teeter. Very subpar at best. Hold times are horrific and they hardly ever pick up.

Customer phone calls are not answered by the pharmacy team even after a call transfer and left waiting for more than half an hour - I had to hang up after that. It is a very bad customer service and it has happened several times

Unfortunately, the pharmacy at this location has become intolerable. They don't answer phone calls (I've been on hold for 30 minutes, and 10 minutes with no answer two times in the last month. Today, they dais they'd have an Rx ready in 15 minutes. Two hours later, after waiting in a line of eight people, I found that they still hadn't filled it.

Bad experience with the pharmacy. They’ve never had my medication ready; it takes a couple trips (sometimes three) to get it. When the medication is out of stock, they never notify!The people at the pharmacy are okay.

I've been on hold for more than 48 minutes and counting. If this were a one time thing I might have been a little more patient. However, this happens every. single. time. They avoid picking up the phone at all costs, and when they do, it is clear by their attitude that they don't want to help you and don't care about you. Also, they take weeks to fill one of my prescriptions and because of this I often am forced to go weeks without taking my medication as prescribed. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Go somewhere else!UPDATE: I was on hold for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes and when a woman finally picked up the call I nicely let her know I had been on hold for that long and she replied that they are busy and that I was "lucky" that she even picked up my call in the first place. We got as far as pulling up my account by my phone number before somehow losing the call, and with it my mental sanity. I thought the woman might be kind enough to call me back since she had my account and phone number already up right in front of her and I had just told her what I went through to get to her, but she didn't. Of course she didn't. That would be too much customer service for CVS.Corporate needs to know!

This location CVS PHARMACY (like the pharmacy itself) is the best location ever. The staff are always super fast, they are so accommodating. The pharmacy manager is managing the whole place so well! Thank you for your service!

I went to this store to get my baby semilac milk and I have 5 coupon check to pay with at the check out , the cashier doesn’t know how to do it but she is nice , tried her best to offer a great service.she called her manager Kelly , she scanned the check and she missed it up then She goes ohh you have to call semilac customer service, I told her that is your fault.we were arguing for a bit then I gave up because I know there is no way to proceed.I told her just throw away and check me out , I just wanted to leave that store.Kelly manager unprofessional, pour or zero customer service.I did not pay attention store is 2.ish scoresNever going to make it back
