This is truly the worst CVS of all time. Unfortunately I am required to call in my prescriptions and this place literally never picks up. For example, I’ve been on hold for AN HOUR waiting for a pharmacist as I’m writing this review. This is a regular occurrence. Last month when I tried to call I spent over 110 minutes on the phone.As soon as I get a paper script, I’m transferring. I’m over these RIDICULOUS wait times. Oh and no one has picked up still.

THEY LIED TO ME! THEY SAID THIS WAS A UPS DROP POINT BUT THEY ARE NOT! YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER PRINTED SO THEY CAN GIVE IT TO UPS! LIARS!!!!!!

Went in to get my booster covid vaccine. All other CVS that did my first and second vaccine were super nice and friendly. Today the man who helped me at the counter was rude and flat out impatient. I was trying to get my vaccination card out for him and instead of waiting patiently he said "give me your vaccine card now" while he watched me struggle to get it out of my purse. No please or thank you. Won't be coming back

CONS. No pros at this time. Not a good experience. Wanted to buy a few snack items and use the restroom. When I asked about the bathroom it was a stern no you can’t from the male person behind the pharmacy. I asked the front workers what was the issue with the bathroom they stated, it’s not working. I find it highly unlikely they have employees working here without bathroom access or if they do that’s deplorable. I would never visit this location again on the rudeness and unhelpful nature of the staff.

I’ve been going there for years and really liked the staff until recently when they hired a new woman (white blond mid-30s) who was disgustingly rude to me and my son. We chose to go to Beauregard Street CVS to avoid her. I hope she leaves soon.

After waiting 15 minutes on hold to see if my prescription was filled I was told they couldn't fill it until the end of the month because it had been filled at a pharmacy in Massachusetts and I needed to call them. Ok, but could you give me the specifics? They are always really busy - line is usually really long when I go to pick up scripts so I guess that is why they were so abrupt- needed to get back to the people in line!

The pharmacy at this CVS does not answer phone calls. I have never once gotten through to a human being, it just rings and rings. And I’ve been in the store before and heard the phone ringing over and over, they just choose not to answer. It is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

I write this as I wait in the store, and have been for 20 minutes. Before coming in person, I was hung up on 3 times, each after waiting on hold for 15+ minutes. I just want to transfer a prescription from another cvs.. this shouldn't take 1.5hrs to do.Update: after standing around for 30 minutes, I was told that they could not contact the other cvs. When I asked what I should do, I was told to try again later. Thankfully this is not a critical Rx or I'd be in trouble. Use any other cvs if at all possible, this location is a clownshow.

This place is terrible as I’m writing this review I’ve been waiting on the phone for over 30mins… so not use the pharmacy here!!! They are terrible

Their pharmacy staff don’t stick to their time and can’t prepare prescriptions on time. They text when it’s ready but still got to wait to pick it up.

Don't waste your time calling first to see if your script is ready because they will NOT answer the phone. I've been on hold now for 25 minutes and then it hung up on me!! :-(

An hour after my doctor sent my prescription it still wasn’t ready. I was told to wait an additional hour, which I did. Then when I return I was toldIt still wasn’t ready and I had to wait even longer.

Doesn't following basic covvid guidelines. Appointment took over an hour with very little attempt at social distancing

Don't advise getting your covid vaccine here, wait is 2+ hours even with an appointment.
