Dr. Mark is wonderful if you’re looking for a fabulous foot doctor. He is so kind as well. The Office is spotless. I see him at Kenmore, but have been to the other offices. Clean Offices. I see him every six weeks. My feet are perfect thanks to Dr. Mark.

They have only one style boot and did not even fit that one properly. Then charged $200 ($125 on Amazon)for it because "they do not participate"with the supplier. I went to another practice that fit with me with the correct style and the right size and then sent the bill to insurance. Insisted on a refund from Alexandria Podiatry for a boot I could not wear because it was too big and too high and increased my pain. Gave two stars instead of one because the doctor seems to know what he is. doing; the technician. does not

They issued me a bill for a copay on 1/6 that I had paid in full on 12/12, causing me to have to waste a significant part of my morning calling them on the phone, waiting on hold, only to quickly verify that my account had a zero balance. These billing practices are not acceptable and patients should not be double billed for services they had already paid for. Were I not a diligent medical customer, I likely would have paid the second bill, and what do you think the odds are that this amount would ever have been refunded to me proactively? This is basically attempted theft which fortunately I did not fall for.

0 star if I could. Felt so discriminated today at this place! Doctor was so unprofessional and disrespectful. Went for ingrown toenail surgery and was feeling nervous because I already had 2 previous surgeries and instead of reassuring me and making me feel comfortable. The doctor threw away her needle, left the room and shut the door on my face while saying "let me know once u r ready" Really !! How can I be ready after this !? Being a doctor is all about kindness and being professional. And you lack this. Worst experience in my life.

Dr Ashley is the worst doctor I have met in my life. I can't believe how disrespectful she is to patients. Dear Dr, people no matter their race, their colors, their differences should be respected. And you as a doctor, you should first respect your "noble" job and the oaths you took!! Very disappointed.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I am a martial arts instructor who is suffering from all sorts of foot ailments. I really needed to see a podiatrist like yesterday. So I was happy to have my appointment today at Alexandria Podiatry Associates. However, after dealing with the absolute mouse maze (no cheese at the end) of a parking lot with loads of self important beta yelling at me for going the wrong way (sorry I missed the faded arrows indicating that I was indeed going the opposite direction of traffic. I entered the utterly generic building and climbed the 6 flights of stairs (ouch on my feet).... there was at least 57 people waiting in line for the elevator and my excitement turned into extreme disappointment. The young woman at the desk was atrocious. Rude, abrasive, and curt, she promptly said I needed to reschedule my appointment because I could get my virtual card (I don't want to hand out my card with Covid on) from my BC/BS app because their system down. She said I had to leave even though the waiting room was empty. Oddly enough in the 10 minutes it took to drive home the computers at BC/BS were back up and I get access to my card. I've seen and had some terrible experiences in doctors' offices before but this rates with the worst. Message to the doctors at the practice: You may be good at your job but your front desk reflects you. This is a nickel and dime operation and I actually feel bad for you. I hope that you tighten it up. I hope that you recognize that people going to the doctors are going because they are in pain or not feeling well and that your environment should be inviting and warm. Not cold and rude. All she had to do was wait a few minutes for BC/BS to reboot their system and I could have shown her the virtual card. Instead she walked away dismissively. I did set an appointment for a week from today but I went online as soon as I got home and found a different place. (they even have a spa!) No way in hell I'm going to give my business to you guys. I feel bad for everyone who has to endure this person's petty behavior including the doctors who are losing business because the first person people encounter has the personality of an ice cube. 3 words guys... Tighten. It. Up. The operative word in healthcare is CARE. Get it right. Don't get it mistaken.

Great people overall for the actual visit. What was silly was when I asked the front desk to make sure I was settled up for all appointments, and they said I was, and I get a call saying I'm short on balance weeks later. Called them, they were closed. Got another call from them saying they had been mailing me statements (the whole reason, which I explained when I was there, I said I needed to be settled up was because I was moving way out of state) and haven't gotten replies (again, had tried to call them). The statement amount they were chasing me over was $6.

I have known and been a patient of Dr. J. Coster for decades. I first met him at the insistence of my then GP, Dr. Heinen. I had an archilles spur and my then podiatrist recommended surgery. I did not want to wear a "boot" for weeks while my ankle healed so I asked my GP who could I go to that did not consider surgery as the first solution? He recommended Dr. Coster. Dr. Coster solved my problem without surgery. I have been going to him ever since. While I am not a a physician I do work with a large number of military physicians of various disciplines. Dr. Coster reads the science and related healthcare technology literature. I trust Dr. Jeffery Coster and recommend him to all of my colleagues in need of a truly insightful and up-to-date Podiatrist. I recently had another foot problem and went immediately to him where I received excellent results. I recommend Dr. Coster without any reservations.
