AllCare is the best!! Not only can you walk in without an appt, but you can ask that one of the doctors there be your primary care physician. Very professional, great customer service.

No help at all. If you call they keep putting you on hold for hours. No way of communicating with your doctor. I have been going there with my two kids and I have there Athena portal but no doctor gave me access as primary doctor. I can't contact or send message to anyone. The app shows that I'm new member and never had a visit with any doctor. All the time they are for copays but no worries what patient needs. They changed me for vaccinations and then my insurance called them that she is 100% covered for if. You can't charge her for this. They are highly greedy with no sense of care or service.

Doctor never showed up. I had to go to the front to inquire the where about of the doctor. They told me she is still with another patient. They shouldn’t schedule me with the doctor then. I took off from work to be there on time for the appointment. Checking in and waiting for the doctor took total of 45 minutes. I won’t be going back.

My provider was helpful in allowing me to have a telehealth appointment when my work schedule did not allow for flexibility. I received great care, and I feel like my provider helped me navigate some of my symptoms.

every time I have an appointment, I wait in the exam room for over an hour (no exaggeration) for the doctor to come in. They are short staffed & see walk-ins as they arrive - even if it's not an emergency. The walk-in business interrupts the people who made an appointment. I will be changing my primary care to another office that is not an All Care clinic.

I’ve used this place on occasion. Typically they are quick and provide decent care. One visit, I needed treatment for a painful sore throat and the doctor assumed I had strep without doing a rapid strep test. When my antibiotic was finished and I still had pain I went to my primary care provider to find out the actual cause.

Very clean and efficient. The front desk staff was great. I was brought to a room right away and the nurse did intake quickly. I had to wait a little while for the doctor but it was fine because she gave me full attention and quality care, taking the time to listen and understand, and make sure I felt comfortable with the exam. She knows her stuff! Thank you Dr. Goldfine and team!

I have particular needs when it comes to primary care. I was skeptical that a practice with convenient hours and services would also have the competency I read about, but my first appointment was GREAT. The intake nurses and Dr. Samar Belaid were fantastic. Everyone took their time to make sure my needs and questions were addressed. I highly recommend them.

My experience working with the physicians has been fine but my interactions with the office have been consistently disappointing. As examples, I've been erroneously billed for hundreds of dollars in charges I didn't owe; and test results consistently come back extremely slowly (I'm currently waiting for results that were sent to the office a week ago). I'd advise you to look elsewhere for primary care.

I had an appointment and the wait was minimal for a late Friday afternoon. The doctor was through and asked many questions to ensure that she treated me correctly. The only issue I had was none of the patients wore a mask despite people being visibly ill. We still have Covid and flu that is going around.

Excellent front desk staff! Also met with Julia (Nurse Practitioner), she was so nice and had great bedside manner! I felt like she addressed my concerns very well and really listened. Would absolutely come here again for care!

I was torn about writing this review as Dr. Robinette is a wonderful provider. However, the office staff and management of this place make it impossible to get a sufficient level of care. I have called over 12 times to try to speak with someone about my prescription refills, which had been previously agreed to by my provider. I have not received a call back still, despite speaking with three people and leaving four voicemails. I have sent messages on their online portal, no response. I went as far as to book a virtual appointment with a new PA, and the PA didn’t show. The office called 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start to let me know the PA couldn’t join the visit. Now, I’m without my critical medication and with what feels like no opportunities for resolution. I do not recommend this office and advise you to seek care at a place that is more responsive to their patients’ needs.

The doctors are nice but they say they accept Tricare and so does their website. You will get billed for an out of network provider. It is awful to not be transparent and up front especially to service member families.
