This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They don’t care about your needs in the slightest. They charge you for anything and everything so good luck getting your money back. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. EDIT - I do want to say my bank did get back with me and took care of the issue!

I visited this bank several weeks ago to get a cashiers check much to my surprise I was charged $10 for it. This is not my normal banks I deal with but have never been charged before just returned this morning from getting another cashiers check and no $10 dollars was mentioned. Get it together King William Branch y’all don’t pay enough interest to then have to be charged to get my money back out poor customer service I will not be returning to this branch in the future if this is how it is run.Jason Hayden

Everyone I have dealt with have been great. My only issues are with the bank hours. It would be nice to if they were open saturday morning or if the drive thru was open a little pass 5. With my job it's really hard to make it within their current hours.

Very friendly people and branch. The only inconvenient thing about this location is that there is no designated ATM lane. So if you just need to do simple deposit or withdrawal using the ATM you have to wait in the drive through lane with the teller window to access the ATM during business hours.This bank should consider moving their ATM either to the front of the building as a walk up ATM or add a designated drive through lane for more efficient service but the tellers are very kind and professional
