The staff at this Verizon store in Abingdon, VA is super helpful and friendly. Alex helped me pick out and set up accessories for my new phone, and Jeremiah set up my new phone for no charge and transfered all my contacts and photos, etc. I definitely would recommend this Verizon store and staff.

I visited this store after experiencing issues with a new phone purchased at the Bristol location a couple of weeks ago. The experience at the Bristol store was one I would not want anyone to experience. Earlier in the week I spent hours on the phone with the Verizon technical customer service hotline. Unfortunately the technical team could not resolve the issue and left me with a phone that was not working.
Fortunately Andrew at the Abingdon store was able to resolve the issue, I appreciate his patience and professionalism in resolving these issues. I wish I had made my purchase at this location a few weeks earlier. I noticed as other customers came in, the representatives showed those customers with the same professionalism that I had received, My next purchase will be made at this location. Thanks again.

Was sold on lies. I am now paying way more monthly than I was told I’d pay . I’m in ongoing debates via phone calls and in-person visits to Verizon stores to try and rectify these wrongs and egregious overcharges . For what should be a simple adjustment to my plan (my father died and I just wanted to cancel his phone line…) I’ve had to waste some 20 hours of my life with these people and theirs no end in sight… go with another provider! Verizon’s coverage is actually quite poor in the area anyways. Just Boooooo!

Spent over an hour at the Abingdon Verizon store setting up a multiphone account with Alex. We signed under the accepted terms, conditions and pricing. A few days later we received an itemized account showing monthly charges $20.00 more than the original contract. We met with Alex at the store to review the contract. He and his manager agreed that it was their mistake - but there was nothing they could do to correct it. - Would suggest anyone dealing with these guys be very careful.

I have been going to this location for many years and have had consistently good customer service. Recently, late on a Friday, we had a malfunction with one of our phones. I called and spoke with Hannah. She was kind, patient, funny and helpful. She helped us brainstorm various solutions and made a frustrating situation significantly better. Thanks, Hannah!

They had great atmosphere but every single we went back to keep fixing the same problem they just kept lying and trying to cover up their tracks with the fact that every time we were being ‘hoodwinked’.
