I have been looking for a trustworthy and personable computer technician for years. I recently found, "All Systems Repair" and am incredibly grateful I did. They have me hooked! Alex, the owner, refrained from using "tech speech", which I really appreciated! He took his time to explain things in a way that made sense. He also had the opportunity to recommend more expensive repairs but instead recommended a much cheaper alternative - hence, an automatic road to trust! I also appreciate working with a small family owned business. I've now met the entire family, each of whom was equally wonderful. I highly recommend!

First time customer. They revived dead laptop which turned out to need HD replacement and I was back in business the next day. No data lost, everything back the way it was. Definitely recommend
