I spoke with 3 different workers at this site, and they were all helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. The price for my copy job was much less than anyplace else and the project was done in less than 24 hours. And they gave me a very helpful tip about arranging my originals in the best possible way. Very great experience!

Avoid this location for Amazon returns. They charge for taping up your box. The other UPS in the area do not.

Although usually a seamless experience, my last visit left a lot to be desired. I greeted the clerk by asking how he was to which he sarcastically responded “glorious.” His arrogance & rudeness was not unnoticed or appreciated.

This UPS Store #3034 in Williston, VT ALWAYS goes beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any items shipped. I'm constantly impressed with their kindness, patience & helpfulness. Laura is simply EXCEPTIONAL & works with me every time to find the most affordable shipping options for my fragile auction items & Nate is super polite no matter how busy the store gets. Had a really good experience recently. I purchased an item at auction and the UPS store handled all aspects of the transaction professionally. I was very pleased with their packaging of a fragile antique, which arrived in perfect condition. I can tell they really care of what they do and helping the customer.

The most sympathetic customer service I've received from any kind of service, anywhere, in a really long time. They were open on Sunday afternoon, and the woman that helped me was fantastic, enabling me to do everything I hoped there, including postal services.

I had three complex boxes packed and shipped by this UPS store. I spoke with Laura on a few occasions and she was very professional and helpful! Even though they were extremely busy, they were polite and very quick to respond. All three packages arrived safely.
