The restrooms were absolutely trashed. Pee on the seats. Smelly, dirty. Vermont is not an easy place to find a toilet.... please clean them. It's easy.

They have a huge selection of horse grain and pet food, horse supplements, tack, fencing supplies, livestock panels, and a cute store cat. There is also a large selection of consignment tack, rider clothing and boots, and more upstairs.

I am a visitor to the area and this may be the only small market around but it makes up for its size in quality. All the produce was super fresh and much of it was local. My favorite part was the precooked items in the deli. The guy who was working at the deli today was so friendly and eager to give us a taste of different foods they'd prepared. The sample bites we got were so delicious we bought even more. We bought hot pork medallions in a delicious marinade, roasted zuchinni squash, superfood salad, marinated mushrooms, and curry chicken salad. They were all super yummy! It made a great dinner for us.
I look forward to going back and trying more yummy prepared foods and I hope that same deli guy is working because he has the best customer service ever.

Riverbend is a nice locally owned grocery store. Good selection and reasonably priced. Nice produce, dairy and meat from the region. Friendly staff and good hours.
