We had such a great experience working with Bryan at Ferro Jewelers and would definitely recommend! They made the process of designing a custom engagement ring super enjoyable, were accommodating to all of our requests and ideas, and kept a very open line of communication throughout the entire process!
I had no previous experience getting custom jewelry made, let alone an engagement ring, and Bryan was super knowledgeable and patient!
We have now been engaged for over a week and my fiancé cannot stop looking down at her new ring!

I had a wonderful shopping experience here. I came in looking for an engagement ring and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the price range I needed. They have helpful customer service and a good atmosphere. Their custom work is stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Bryan and Stephanie have created several exquisite and unique pieces of jewellery for me over the past few months. Each one has been absolutely perfect, fits well and suits my personality beautifully. I would highly recommend them for all your jewellery needs. They are kind, careful, attentive and skilled. I just had my watchband for my Swiss Army watch fixed here. Was very happy with the service that Patrick was able to provide. Dropped off the day before and was able to pick up next day very quick turnaround time thank you for your help.!!

Ferro Jewelers are great and my experience was spectacular. They created a custom piece of jewelry for me that involved taking a diamond from a ring my grandmother passed down to me and recreated the band design to fit my finger and changed to white gold to match the rest of my jewelry. Throughout the process the owner Bryan was incredibly involved, texting me graphic renderings as well as step by step updates of the process. I couldn’t be more thankful to Ferro and their staff for creating a special ring I can now wear. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative to help you through whatever your needs may be. In addition they did great work resetting a necklace pendant I had. I will certainly be using Ferro for all my jewelry needs here in Stowe. Thank you so much Bryan, and Ferro staff!

Ferro Estate Jewelers was such a wonderful experience. I went in looking for engagement rings and there was a wonderfully wide and unique selection of rings. Bryan helped me and was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured or uncomfortable at any point during my visit. This was such a perfect experience and the people were so kind and accommodating. I enjoyed my experience so much I will be back to get my custom wedding bands made here as well.

I love the beautiful selections of jewelry in this store. I recently had a custom ring made and the process was easy and they walked me through the whole process before the ring was ready to be made. I picked out my main stone from their inventory, and then added baguettes and diamonds. Ongoing communication throughout the whole process. I made a few adjustments and the ring maker was able to adjust to make me happy. Got my ring in the mail and I was beyond happy! It came out more beautiful than I had expected and picture doesn’t do it justice. Highly recommend this store and owners are great to deal with.

Kudos to Brian and the staff at Ferro Jewelers once again!
Recently, with a last minute grand idea, I raced in the door and presented Brian with a charm. My request was a gold disc of the exact size and hand engraving on both sides, and with a very close deadline for delivery. I was frantic, yet hopeful. Brian took the matter in hand and I will soon present my sister with her first grandmother charm!
Over the years we’ve had jewelry appraisals, repairs, resetting and of course purchases at Ferro Jewelers with impeccable customer service and always a delightful bit of viewing. The estate pieces are well worth a visit. Make sure to have Ferro’s on your go to list while in Stowe, Vt.!

My husband and I brought his late mother’s jewelry in about 15 years ago. It was a very positive experience, so I recently brought a good friend in with her late mother’s jewelry. Totally different reception. Left the store apologizing to my friend for suggesting we go in there. It’s a beautiful store, but Jennifer made us feel like gum on the bottom of her shoe. I was surprised and disappointed.EDIT: I see your response. I promise this is not spam. I may have mistakenly named our greeter “Jennifer” - this visit was real and disappointing. She identified herself as co-owner.

Stopped in with a few friends to look at engagement rings for my friend who is going to be getting engaged soon. Immediately we were given multiple “rules” (no touching the glass, be careful with our bags (we had wristlets), don’t bring your coffee around). All fine, we understood. When they heard we weren’t looking to buy today they did not seem to want to help us. The sales women was very rude and unhelpful. We asked for my friend to try on a ring to get an idea of style and fit she immediately said “well it’s 49,000 is that in your budget?” Again since we were not looking to buy a ring but just get an idea my friend said not right this second. Instead of opening it and allowing her to try on the ring like we asked she instead told us to look at another display for other choices. Such an off putting experience we all felt so uncomfortable with her rudeness we immediately left. Will never come back and don’t recommend it to anyone looking for engagement rings. It should be a really fun and exciting experience and this women really ruined that for my friend and for us.
EDIT: the owners response is so deceitful. There was ONE couple in the store when we arrived and they were already being helped. They left soon after we got there and we were the only ones in there until one other couple arrived right before we left. The store was not “full of customers”. That is a flat out lie and it makes me even more skeptical of this business. ALSO, if they paid any attention to us they would have known we looked at the other display (we were even told not to touch the glass on the “less expensive” rings). It shouldn’t matter we wanted to look at the “most expensive” rings. We were customers and should’ve treated as such. Very rude and terrible way to treat people who walk into your store. I am even more glad I wrote a review now because the response of this business just proves my points.

This place is amazing--beautiful offerings in a lovely serene setting, owned by extremely kind, fair and knowledgeable people.My fiancee and I were visiting Stowe, VT in September, and saw an ad for Ferro's jewelry store in a magazine in our hotel. The ad contained beautiful pieces, and we made a mental note to find the store.The next day after we hiked and were on Main street, we fortuitously spotted the store. We went in and met the owners, Bryan and Stephanie Ferro.In all honesty, we had no intention of buying ANYTHING--we are not generally the kind of people that purchase fine jewelry on vacation, but there were a couple of things in their cases that just drew us in.Bryan was SOOO nice and friendly and helpful and not at all "salesmanny"....We had just gotten engaged and knew in the upcoming weeks/months, we would be looking for a ring for me and for wedding bands for both of us. Again, we fully expected that we would look, enjoy, and buy when we returned home.However, Bryan showed us how he could take one of his exquisite stones and put it into a ring that would complement my fiancee's. He then worked his magic to construct something that we both loved. Short story long, we left there thrilled, having ordered an engagement ring for me and two wedding bands for both of us.A few weeks later, my fiancee confessed that she was not in love with the ring I bought her. We went back to the local jeweler (a chain--I have learned SO MUCH since THEN!) where I purchased it, and they advised because it was a custom order, we were stuck; no refund even with penalty, no redesign...nothing.My fiancee said, "let's call Bryan at Ferro's and see what he can do." He helped guide us on our options, but then texted us a ring that he thought she would love. She did. Not only did we end up buying an absolutely incredible sapphire and diamond ring that was 100x more spectacular than the one I chose initially (see below), but we also decided to buy some earrings that we saw on his website. He gave us a very fair price on both, and Fed Exed the jewelry to us. He and his wife even offered (which we took them up on) to consign my "misfire" (which is beautiful, but nothing close to what we ended up with).I feel a little weird about having bonded with a jewelry store owner we fortuitously met one afternoon while on vacation in Vermont, but we did, LOL. Bryan now feels to us like a very kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy friend with great taste, you can count on to steer you right.I can promise you, even though we are in Florida, we will NEVER again buy a piece of jewelry from ANYONE but Bryan and Stephanie Ferro of Ferro's jewelers! And in all honestly, it also makes us feel good to support a small business like theirs.They have a great website and an awesome store if you are ever in Stowe. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Ferro Estate and Custom Jewelers in Stowe, Vermont and I must say, it was an excellent experience! My fiancé and I discovered their store through a magazine advertisement and were impressed with their vast selection of high-quality jewelry. What's more, Brian and Stephanie were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and committed to ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchases. Despite living in Florida, Brian went out of his way to provide us with excellent customer service, spending time with us on the phone and email. I highly recommend Ferro Jewelers to anyone in search of beautiful jewelry and exceptional customer service.
