Thank you Abby For the awesome service as I was in for my Diamond inspection and lost a stone. I had sworn that never do business there other than my current warranties as the previous experience with Cari thank heaven no longer there. Abby was amazing to work with.

Went in with my wife to have her ring repaired and inspected and my ring sized. The sales person was extremely rude and gave us a hard time. I now regret buying from Zales.

Phenomenal customer service! My ring was delivered early and was absolutly stunning! Whenever I was at the store I was greeted kindly and helped as soon as possible. If you are looking for a beautiful piece of jewlery, great customer service, and help through the whole buying process this is the place to go!

Worst customer service imaginable! I went in with a question about my warranty and didn't have my diamond number with me. After being told there was no way for them to look it up the service clerk reluctantly rolled her eyes and said "I guess I can try customer service but you will be waiting here for a half hour." She was able to find it I'm a matter of minutes. I left my rings with them to be repaired with an estimated finish date of today. I tried calling 4 times yesterday only to go in and find that they were closed for the day. So today I called to see if it had come in and was met with a response of "we didn't know what size you want it to be so they haven't started it yet." ? No one could call and ask that weeks ago when it was sent out? Why am I finding this out the day it is supposed to be available for pickup?

Not quite sure why there are hours posted. No matter what time i go there they are closed. Needed to get the anniversary ring i got my wife rodium dipped which is coveredby the care plan i paid extra for. i will be contactting corporate to get that money back as it is useless when the store is always closed. Looks like hannoush will get my business.

I had an issue with a ring that was purchased at this location. The Manager Carrie was condescending and very rude, she did not know the policies and or procedures. I have a warranty and diamond bond, yet proceeded to insist I will need to pay to have the ring fixed. Ended up traveling out of State to another Zales where they know how to treat their customers and have knowledge of their diamond bonds and warranties. This store doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
