“Lippa's was excellent and worked really hard for us. My fiancee wanted a very particular type of stone in a particular color and an uncommon cut. Lippa's shipped in several stones from their various sources for us to see. Many of them were very good, but my fiancee happened to prefer a stone elsewhere that just edged out the rest in color and cut. Nevertheless, Lippa's understood and they said they were happy to help us and welcomed us to come back for any other jewelry needs in the future. They never tried to pressure us and they worked very well with us when we knew little about how custom jewelry worked in practice. I'll definitely go back in the future.”
