My experience with the service department was awesome! I purchased a Tacoma from Heritage last month and had been waiting for a part that was backordered to arrive so it could be replaced at no charge. As promised, they contacted me right away to get it taken care of. Ray quickly got me scheduled (I like the texting feature of your CRM), Javin was incredibly helpful from start to finish, welcomed me, and got me set up. Erick worked with me at the desk with some questions I had and after a couple of plot twists....Erick and Javin went above and beyond to find me a rental for the day and ensured that I was a happy customer, even though it was busy and 8am ? Totally exceeded my expectations. It was clear that they actually enjoyed making my day better! At the end of the day, I drove away in my truck by 5pm having paid $0 (with brand new AC, blasting cold air!) Very pro, thank you!

Service Personnel are always very friendly at check-in and check-out. I usually wait for my car rather than drop-off. A few appts I waited longer because I was not aware of the new communications via cell phones between me the customer & technician working on my car.
It would have been helpful if at check-in the Customer Svs Rep had mentioned and/or shown me how that System works so that I could have answered questions sooner and not held up the Svs Tech. This caused them and me delays in getting my appt completed.

Heritage has taken great care of me since purchasing my Tacoma there. They have been very responsive to my needs and helped me through the sometimes difficult process of buying and maintaining a vehicle.
