I have never had such a pleasant, easy, and satisfying car buying experience before coming to Shearer Acura. Skyler Muldoon, our salesperson, was helpful, responsive, and succeeded in getting us the exact model we were looking for months earlier than anticipated. He kept us informed throughout and after the process. The sales experience with the business manager, Andrew Saward, was the most professional and straightforward financial process I've ever encountered. There were no high-pressure games about pricing or add-ons, our vehicle options were presented openly and without pressure and it allowed us to choose what made sense for us. It felt respectful and extremely fair. Shearer Acura was a real pleasure to do business with!

My wife and I just leased a new 2024 Acura MDX from Shearer Acura and the experience was phenomenal! Renee in sales was extremely quick to respond to my request, was able to work out the numbers and details by email, and Andrew the business manager was super friendly and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was very nice to work with and helped give us the best value for our trade and the very best price on our new MDX. They were not pushy and did not try to upsell us on things we did not want or need. We absolutely love our new vehicle and it is the perfect size for our growing family. Thank you Andrew and Renee for a great experience! We will make sure to recommend Shearer Acura to our friends and family and we will be back for another Acura when our lease is over.

We were traveling when several warning lights appeared on the dash of our MDX. We stopped at Shearer to see if they could help. Mark, the service manager, said he was short handed that day but would see what could be done. The tech found the problem and replaced a part to get us on our way in a very short time. Couldn’t have been a better experience. A big thank you to Mark and Shearer.

I dreaded going through the whole sales routine when looking for a new car recently. Was I surprised when I stopped by Shearer Acura? I found myself having a great conversation with Doug, who answered my questions rather than give me a painstaking sales pitch. I was so impressed that I purchased an RDX from Shearer instead of an SUV manufactured by another major car company. The low-key approach continued when I met with Andrew to complete the financial package. I felt I was dealing with friends rather than a sales force. Thanks, Shearer!

I recently purchased a used MDX from Shearer Acura and it was pleasure. Doug made the process simple and actually fun! The majority of our communication was via email and text which worked perfectly in my busy day. Andrew in finance was incredibly helpful and with a few clicks on my phone and the approval was in place. Doug came in on his day off when I picked up the car and took the time to show me the ins and outs of my new car. 10 minutes with Andrew signing papers and I was on my way. If you're in the market for an Acura - new or used - you shoudl definitely give Doug and Andrew a call.

Juni was great to work with. He was very personable, knowledgeable and attentive. He let the car sell itself while answering any questions I had and was not pushy or misleading. Would not hesitate at all to recommend working with him and the team at Shearer. Andrew the finance manager was great as well, very patient, professional and made the transaction easy.

Went and saw Doug Littlefield, not pushy, knowledgeable and a great guy to deal with. Went in the morning and left by the afternoon with a new MDX. Would definitely recommend him!

It was terrific working with Doug Littlefield in sales and business manager Andrew Saward. The whole process was relaxed, straight forward and with no surprises at closing. We got an excellent price on our trade-in, and Andrew made an effort to find a strong financing option for our daughter with her first car purchase. I highly recommend the Shearer Acura team. It was hands down the best experience I have had buying a car.

Had a very good experience buying a car. Juni was very helpful, and probably the reason I ended going with the car I went for. If you’re ever thinking about buying a car from here make sure to ask for him. He’s the best salesman I’ve seen and makes sure that you are well taken care of.
