I had a screenshot of a facebook ad for a $7.99 haircut at this location for August 2024. They refused to accept it because it didnt have a code on it. My 12 year old daughter was very disappointed that she didnt get her haircut. (There were several employees sitting around has it was early in the morning and not busy yet.) This was our first and probably last time we will visit a Great Clips establishment.

Old man does not know how to kit the hair I ask one way and he cut it obviously other way especially with the clippers do not recommend the old man if you go.

I went with my fiancé to get his haircut on January 5. The stylist was extremely rude and derogatory to me, as I stood next to my fiancé. He appeared to be an older gentleman, with glasses and a mask on (unfortunately cannot recall his name). He asked what I was doing there, asked my fiancé if he needed my approval. My fiancé laughed uncomfortably and said, "kind of yeah, she's the one who has to look at it!" The stylist replied, "how old are you? You don't need her approval". I stepped in and said, "oh, he's had some bad haircuts lately, so I'm just here to help". The stylist replied, "so what are you going to do about it?" in a wholly dismissive way. We should have walked out immediately. Instead I walked away, feeling completely abashed. Clearly he has a problem with women. I would give zero stars if I could. We will never go back, and he should lose his job.

The quality of this place has seriously declined, with terrible customer service. My recent experience here was racially charged, causing embarrassment in front of my children. I'll steer clear of this establishment; their service and management are subpar, save for one or two individuals. i wish i could give zero stars
