Goss is always great to work with. They are responsive and truly understand what their customers needs are. Best dealership around!

Outside of their Service Department, I wouldn't deal with these guys. They claim to be transparent, but just go to any other Jeep Dealer within 50 miles and Goss Jeep prices are are substantially higher then their competitors. Save time and trouble and just shop somewhere else. Dont deal with Kristina Kingsbury or their Sales Manager Matt Shanks... Transparency is not what you'll get with them.

DO NOT use their Service Dept. They certainly lead you to think they are a professional group, but the employees themselves are cold & short with answers (if you get any!) Not sure they know what they are doing, my car sat for over 3 weeks before it got looked at because they forgot to send the paperwork for a warranty fix (meanwhile paying for rental out of pocket) and then only took them 1/2 day to fix? Gaving same issue 4 months later. My LAST visit was in for SIMPLE maintenance (oil change & tire change over) $700+ as they charge over $140 hr for labor alone and tech certainly took his time (3hours!) and recommended additional work to be done but due to the time spent I needed to leave without. Went to local garage for the work recommended only to find out NOT needed... so to say this place is a scam and full of BSers is an understatement.

Just found out the car Bought 18 months ago has a cracked frame and wheel bearings are shot. No We didn't have it inspected off the lot immediately, big mistake. Talked to them today. They could care less. Take your money, leave you hanging.

2023 Wrangler I purchased in VA had a random radio issue. I didn't have an appointment just walked in on a Friday. Just so they could witness the radio issue. I had a similar tore issue with a Chevy and the dealership across the street refused to even look just made an appointment for 3 weeks.... And of course the issues wasn't acting up then. Took months to get taken care of. Jeep took a look as I asked, and set up appointment for repair. Simple. They were understanding and willing to help. Oh yeah-and they had coffee!

If you ever want to buy scar or a truck - and want to have a happy, outstanding experience, l recommend Goss dealership on SHELBURNE Road, in SHELBURNE, Vermont. You could not ask for anyone to be more in " your corner" or exhibit more professional courtesy, concern with a " Make Things Happen for YOU" than having Albert , our salesman , work seamlessly with the other gentleman ( financial expert)', Kyle. I was AMAZED at how quickly the process took with Kyle expediting the formalities with the financial forms . Kyle and Albert worked in tandem so beautifully - making all necessary phone calls to the federal credit union / bank , insurance company,!filling the gas tank, , cleaning the truck ( spotlessly) , and arranging as low a percentage rate as possible. What DIDN'T these gentlemen achieve in record time ?! To be fair, the credit application was handled over the phone beforehand as was a number of presented questions fielded expertly by Albert. The GOSS DEALERSHIP, itself, was tastefully decorated . By actual comparison. you experience beauty and a truly streamlined experience with Goss Dealership on SHELBURNE Road that you really do not see in other various dealerships. We visited a number of them along Shelburne Road. Then there was even a section of the showroom with a gong which was sounded upon finalized purchase ! From start to finish, GOSS DEALERSHIP is a vastly superior purchasing experience that you will not find anywhere . This dealership should be featured in auto purchase magazines as the "Go-To" way to sell cars. Kudos to Albert and Kyle at Goss Dealership ! Thank you .

I went into Goss to look at a Chevy Silverado high country. At first they seemed professional and accommodating. They offered me extremely low for a trade in vehicle, which I understand I did not have to accept so I did not. They used the traditional salesman tactics of saying that a vehicle is "highly desired" and will "most likely sell within the week" which is obviously not true because it had been on their lot for almost 4 months. After pointing that out they were extremely defensive. They said that they do a vehicle inspection but after bringing the vehicle to a mechanic, it was brought to light that it was in horrible shape. Either the dealership knew that the frame was rusted beyond repair and decided to sell it. Or they failed to do a basic inspection of the vehicles they sell. While I do not believe they deal in direct bad faith. I do believe they they are not as forthcoming with customers as they advertise themselves to be. I cannot recommend the majority of people to shop here with them. However if you're willing to spend a few extra bucks for something that isn't worth what you're paying then it's fine.

Where to even begin. It started on September 10th when I initially brought my 2016 Jeep Compass in because it sounded like a tractor. Of course, they found everything they could to add to the estimate that totaled approx $4,000. However, and I quote, "to make it safe again" I was quoted $1800 for repairs. They included front and back brakes/pads, bearings, a brake flush, and a couple of other ABS related issues. Because I work and depend on my vehicle, I decided I needed to get a new one and I would slowly go through the process of repairing my old vehicle. On September 12th I bought a 2019 Jeep Compass FROM GOSS JEEP. Let me pause to say SCOTT CONSTANTINE IS THE BEST THING THIS PLACE HAS GOING FOR ITSELF AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNMATCHED. He made my car buying process a breeze. In the meantime, I was having my 2016 Jeep Compass brakes repaired for $497. I came back to pick up my 2016 Jeep Compass after the brakes were repaired and the car WOULD NOT START. Keep in mind there were no indications of ANY issues that would not make my car start in the initial diagnostic. THUS, they had to do ANOTHER ONE, in which they quoted me HUNDREDS of dollars in more work. At this point, I was over it. I had my car TOWED off the Goss Jeep lot to somewhere that did not try to price gouge me and quoted me $1200 for ALL of the remaining work that needed to be done. Please let all of the reviews act as a warning for you! This place is a money machine and you will undoubtedly leave with more issues than you came in with. The service team, even the customer service portion, is not to be trusted for more than an oil change (if that). They are uneducated, hasty, conniving, and money hungry. SAVE YOURSELF, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The body shop took 4 months to get my car finished so they could milk the insurance company! The customer service is complete . But the work that finally was done is good. I wouldn't recommend this body shop to my worst enemy. I would give zero stars if I could

Unless you want a lemon that they won't help you get out of after stay far far away. My 2020 ram I got new in the summer of 2020 has been a nightmare 3 trips in for wiring issues followed by fueling issues .
