2018 Chevy Cruze! Thank you to Austin for an amazing experience. My old car I had for 18 years. A lot has changed since then! I had originally come in for a different car I saw online. Austin steered me toward a couple newer options. This was the best fit for me in both model and price. When I picked up the Cruze, Austin even helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth in the car.

best vehicle shopping experience ever. Austin was absolutely the best in finding me and my family the perfect vehicle. Quality product, outstanding customer care, and service. They make you feel like family from the minute you buy a vehicle to coming back and dealing with the service department. Every aspect of this business is top notch in my opinion, and will continue to have my business moving forward. If your in the market for a quality vehicle with outstanding customer service and care this is the only dealership option in my opinion. A must stop in for sure. Ask for Austin you wont be disappointed.

This was the best guys I have ever met or had the pleasure dealing with I got treated like a king with everything but the red carpet I got a standard Mazda 6 and between the cars and the 2 sets of expensive rims and tires that came with it I won't have to deal with anything but oil change when it due and brakes other than that I got atleast a couple tears before I have to buy anything ty guys ur whole team is amazing

I had never bought a car from a dealership before Carters Cars and couldn’t have had a better experience. The crew working at Carters Cars were super transparent and didn’t pressure me into anything which I was nervous about when going to a dealership. They made the process quick and simple which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

The Carter's crew saves the day again! They were able to diagnose and repair our Forester within hours of it arriving at the shop. Excellent communication about what was wrong, pricing and timing of the new parts. Car feels and drives more smoothly than ever! Service dept. gets 2 thumbs way up!

They helped make it fast and easy and honest (especially after not buying from a dealership for over a decade). I wanted to leave this review for Jason Mayo. He has helped me so much through this whole experience on getting a car. He managed to make and work around a big obstacle that happened and never doubted me, and gave me time to make things work to keep the car! Over the years I have purchased many cars from several dealers throughout Vermont. I have to admit that carters cars is fantastic. Austin is professional knowledgeable and did the tremendous job getting me into a truck that I was happy to purchase. I will certainly come back again. I will use them for service and my next purchase will also be there. I can’t give them anything more than five stars.

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone over at Carter's cars inc.! Austin, the sales rep I dealt with was courteous and professional and do a lot about the products on the lot. Not only that, I called him a week later because I had an issue and he dropped everything to come and assist me. That's customer service! I'll be going back to them for my next car.
