I brought my tacoma into Toyota Autoshine in South Burlington to be detailed and it was poorly done. They left the “detailing” part out of the service. Many of the seams were still dusty and there were a couple of stains on the seats still. There were a bunch of dirty fingerprints all over the exterior of the truck. They even left the floormats in the backseat and left me to put them back. I went back inside after I saw the condition of my vehicle and no one was at the front desk anymore. I waited for a bit and no one came back, so I left. Kind of frustrating to pay over $150 for detailing services this mediocre.Service: Auto detailing

I dropped my RAV4 off for detailing in the morning. At 4:00 I went to pick up my vehicle. I could not be happier. No exaggeration when I write my car looks brand new. Yes, brand new! So pleased, and I will definitely be back again!

I brought my salt stained, ash riddled 15 year old Mercedes here and they made it look AWESOME. I'm absolutely ecstatic about the work these guys did. The inside of the car looks great, and they even washed the outside and got all the bug guts off it despite only being in for a interior detail. This is the second vehicle I've brought here, and I will definitely recommend anyone who asks to do the same.Services: Auto detailing

The ran my credit several times . For what I do not know. They never called me back after I test drive two cars both I said I wasn’t interested in and explained to them what my credit was and what I was comfortable with for a payment . The car I wanted to see they never showed me . They also didn’t tell me they ran my credit seven times with Toyota motor credit . I found out only a week later after I realized they weren’t interested in going further with me or showing me the

Ryan was very helpful and nice! got me into my first car and did everything he could to find me the perfect vehicle. even though it came from heritage Ford but just wanted to say thank you so much Ryan! my family has been long time customers of both heritage toyota and Ford since I can remember!
