I have always loved this store and used it for many years. Unfortunately, the last year has made it difficult to continue to use them as my pharmacy. They are closed on the weekends, and (I'm assuming due to lack of staff) now they are often either closed on weekdays or have very irregular hours. Today for example, their pharmacy hours appear to be 10:30am to 130pm.

This is one of the cleanest pharmacies around with such kind and friendly staff. It is a breath of fresh air to go here to shop.

This Pharmacy/Store is wonderful. To meet my standards, is fully operational and has everything in stock that I'm personally looking for. Pharmacy is great, GREAT service and professional. Very knowledgeable about the "What ale's you." I'm seeing a common trend of "COUGH, COUGH" UVM Employees that LOVE to degrade, if 1 THING DOES NOT GO THEIR WAY. *(EGO CENTRIC, SPOILED, AND A LACK OF EMPATHY IS what I'm seeing here. TOO BAD THESE PEOPLE LIVE THIS WAY, IT REALLY IS.

This location will not provide same day photo service. One of the employees de idea it was too busy to give the photos the myself and the other person in the store had ordered. There were 2 employees and 2 people in line who both were there to pick up photos. Don't advertise what you can't provide!

Okay, so I have this Walgreens print me something because they could get it done same day, unlike one closer. They email me it's ready and I leave to go there and they closed at 5pm for the night. I got their at 5:10. Like they could email me about it being ready, but not them closing a few hours early? Very annoying.

Very difficult to know when one can expect to have service from this pharmacy; my Dr recommends going elsewhere as this particular Walgreen's pharmacy is too often understaffed.

I am having a hard time keeping my business with this Walgreens. The pharmacy is not open on the weekends which is a huge inconvenience for working parents or anyone for that matter. Now, it's a Friday and they are closed again! I have no choice but to get my prescriptions somewhere else going forward. It's sad. I want to support them but just can't any longer.

This pharmacy has been closed for 3 days. It is bad enough it is closed on weekends but it was closed on Monday July 25 as well. It is unacceptable to be instructed to drive another 6 miles to resubmit Rx orders that are sitting ready at this store for pick up. We live in the most populous county in Vermont yet it increasingly feels like we live in rural America. There must be more Walgreens can do to staff this location- incentives? OT bonuses? What is UVM doing in training to address this local scarcity of pharmacy and clinical talent? So very very frustrated and disappointed. Rite Aid ran this place so much better. Walgreens is a thumbs down. Big is not better.

Pharmacy manager with brown hair is always wicked rude to me. Have lived in Shelburne six months and not once have any of my meds been in stock when my doctor sends my prescriptions in. They told me they don't take scripts for over the counter, well I have been getting my Vitamins from the UVM Pharmacy for two years without issue. They also argued that I never received calls saying my scripts were ready. I most certainly did.
