I once lived around the corner from a pharmacy that seemed like it was a front: never open, didn't seem to actually take prescriptions, advertised various services they did not actually have. That was the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.This Kinney's is the second worst. I will spare you all the details, but every prescription, request for Covid-19 test kits, or simple errand I have run there has ended in inconvenience, delay, and a recalcatrant refusal to admit or apologize for mistakes. Also, the curb near the exit of the drive through is too close; I have shamefully run over it twice. That second run over is on me; everything else is on Kinney's.

DON’T GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION AT THIS PHARMACY! This drugstore has one employee in the Pharmacy and she must be the absolute slowest worker I have ever encountered! After waiting 30 minutes to get to the front of the line she had to check the voicemail for my prescription (which had been called in an hour prior to my arrival), then tells me that it would take her an hour to fill! It’s a steroid ointment for my eye after I had eye surgery! There’s no pills to count, no complicated instructions to print; just a single tube. No one else was in line behind me. I ended up leaving and going to another pharmacy but she had already filled it then would not answer her phone so I could avoid having to pay out of pocket. I was so irritated because while I was there she answered calls the whole time! DON’T GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

They were so nice and helpful when I ran in 2 minutes before closing for a lighter after ours broke. Without them our campfire dreams with smores and scary stories would have been ruined. Thanks!

The pharmacy is great! Very helpful. I had to coordinate multiple prescriptions from doctors in different states and they knocked it out quickly. glad to have them so close to our home in Charlotte.

I was in need of small compost bags this evening and didn't feel like driving all over town. I called this Kinney and a man confirmed that they carry small compost bags. My husband went over and got there just before 9. When he got to the door, they were locking it. He said it's not 9 o'clock and a woman, Abbie, continued to lock the door. He repeated that it wasn't 9 o'clock and she told him they were closed. He held up his phone showing 8:57 and she opened the door all pissed off and told him the lights were dimmed. She let him in and he went to get the compost bags which didn't exist because they don't carry them (even though the man on the phone confirmed they did). He left and said thank you for letting him in and she replied, "Once our lights are dimmed, it's OUR 9:00." With the many pharmacy options in this area, I see absolutely no reason to return to this or any other Kinney Drugs.

Every time I go to get my meds they always say it’s never available and I talk to them on the phone and they will tell me my stuff is ready. I drive there to get it and they tell me my doctor never cleared anything. This has happened 4 times now and I’m never using this one again.

I went to Kinney Drugs this morning for a COVID-19 test and was given a MyChart handout that specified how to find out my test results. Upon trying to sign up, I discovered that due to a cyber security issue, MyChart is not allowing new sign ups. I called Kinney Drugs back to ask how I would find out my results and the man who picked up the phone at the pharmacy told me he didn't know. I pressed further asking if he could recommend someone I call or speak to to get this information and he said to call the Vermont department of health. He was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and couldn't have been less interested in helping me find my results. Still don't know how to get them...
