There's a little male pharmacist, who is so unprofessional, one wonders how he managed to get hired.He denies walk-in services, against the company policies. He discusses costs of prescriptions, vaccinations and other personal information loudly and publicly. He is rude and dictatorial, acts a as if Rite-Aid is his personal fiefdom.It's no wonder the company is facing bankruptcy when your hires behave like the one at 12 N Main St, Randolph, VT 05060.Switching to Kinney's , which is right down the road. And it has a drive-thru pharmacy.

Rite aide in Randolph, VT is the best pharmacy and the only pharmacy I will ever go to. The whole pharmacy dept people(pharmacist) included are so friendly, fast service, caring about your needs, helpful, and super sweet people. I would definitely recommend making them your go to place for prescriptions. They really are truly wonderful. Thank you Carrie , and Kyle for being great pharmacist and thank you Tracey, & Carmen for being great also. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rite Aid is an awesome place to shop and get your prescriptions matter of minutes. These people were great and they treated their customers with good manners. My relationship with Rite Aid has everything that I needed and great compliments to me and that really put me with a big SMILE and whenever I leave the store and all the cashiers always says "Have a Great Day and come back again". Now that Rite Aid is my most favorite place to shop & get my prescriptions filled at the same time. THANKS!!!!!

Madi...the pharmacy tech...did a wonderful job with the long line of customers! Madi greeted each customer with kindness and grace attending to their requests! Noticed quite a bit of multi tasking...and her efforts were certainly appreciated by the customers! Rite Aid is very lucky to have Madi! Very impressive!

Very helpful pharmacists at this location. I've had so much trouble at drug stores in Boston, these folks are super helpful even with helping to get a better deal when my insurance wasn't accepted. Much better service all around than others I've been to.

Previously impressed with service, but of late, it seems nearly impossible to get my medications. Staff no longer very helpful, but seem more annoyed. Perhaps understaffed, but people waiting for medications for life-threatening conditions shouldn't feel like they are annoying.
