There is a cashier that seems to have a bad attitude most of the time. He seemed upset today because he had process a lot tickets and when it was my turn he slammed stuff on the counter. Have no name young with dark hair.

I have shopped in Kinney Drugs for over 5 years now ,They talked me into one of their Thrive cards I use it every time I go in . They say it saves and you get discounts .To this day I have not gotten any discounts or savings.

Hands down the MOST caring, involved and functional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. When I have problems they anticipate them and contact my doctor personally. People saying the staff is rude and uncaring appalls me.. these are people who actually invest time in their clients and get to know them and their struggles. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you all!

I think I’m going to change drug stores the people at the pharmacy sound like they’re being bothered whenever you talk to them also they don’t contact you about stuff just go straight to your doctor when if they talk to you when you could explain it the new personal sites make everything harder it does what it wants by moving them to be filled or whatever they say the will deliver and then forget to send it out

Uncareing, rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and mean. Need I say more. When getting a vaccine, the pharmacist pushed the syringe plunger in so fast my arm hurt for days. When getting my second vaccine I asked the pharmacist to press the plunger in slowly because the first one hurt. She told my my arm must not have been relaxed and then proceeded to push the plunger in fast again. She hurt me again. # Train your pharmacists or don't offer the service. Don't trust these people. For months I've camplained that I wasn't getting my phone calls to inform me when my prescriptions would be ready. They checked my phone number and told me everything was ok. Again, I was not called when my prescriptions were ready and again I was told everything was fine on their end. The next time this happened I was told I must have their number blocked, everything was ok on their end. I checked my phone and there were no blocked numbers. On my next visit I was told their call system worked for everyone else, the problem was with my phone.... I have never been called without my phone notifying me; except by Kinney Drug.In the Spring of 2022 I was informed, at the pharmacy counter, that Kinney Drug no longer offered "autofill". Now I have to call in my prescriptions individually. On January 11, 2023 I called in a prescription and was told Kinney Drug would contact my Dr. for a refill. I went in on January 17th to pick up my prescription and it wasn't ready. I was told I had to call my Dr. because there were no refills. I asked if I could have one pill to hold me over until the prescription was filled. I was refussed the pill and the pharmacist told me to manage my prescriptions better. My Dr. said there records showed I had refills left but still called the pharmacy to renew.When I picked up my prescriptions I had a copay. I explained that I have never had copay and my insurance covered 100% of my prescriptions cost. The pharmacist checked their records and told me I now have a copay. I paid the copay, I really needed the prescription.Later that day my insurance company told me the pharmacist submitted the claim incorrectly and my prescriptions are covered 100%. I contacted the District Manager for my refund. I will never go in that store again. Check with your insurance before buying at Kinney Drug.I've been a customer of this pharmacy since 2014. NOT ANYMORE!!!! I COULD ONLY TAKE SO MUCH.

The staff is kind here, but they rarely have the medicines in stock that we need to pick up, and there is no communication that prescriptions won't be ready until halfway through the next day. This is a problem when it's a refill for a life saving drug that is needed every day, or a medication for a child.

Pharmacy is AMAZING. They’re super sweet, helpful, and work very hard!!! Most of the employees are very nice with the exception of the assistant manager.

I would give Kinney Drugs zero stars if there was that option. On April 5, 2022, my 80-year-old husband went to Kinney's to get his 2nd booster, but he was declined. He was told that the timeframe between his 1st booster and his 2nd is 6 months because he has Medicare. It is actually 4 months, and my husband was only 10 days short of 5 months. On Kinney's web site the timeframe is 4 months, and it's the same in their phone message. In fact, a friend, also with Medicare and less than 6 months out, got her 2nd booster there only 1/2 hour before my husband was denied! I asked the pharmacist to check and see if I, 78 years of age, would be denied, too. The answer was "Yes." We each had appointments at Kinney's, so we weren't just walking in. I called Medicare. Because we both were eligible to get our 2nd booster shots, Medicare told us to go elsewhere. On April 7, 2022, we were able to walk in without appointments, and we easily got our 2nd booster shots at Rite Aid in the same town. Oh, I called Kinney's back after talking to Medicare, but the pharmacist didn't even want to listen to what I had to say.

Manager is very helpful and nice. Employees are helpful except for assistant manager lady. She is rude, disrespectful and doesn’t give a care. She came into the busy store with about six customers waiting in line. Pulled someone to another register and bought lottery tickets and other purchases while the customers in line waited. Went to get milk one day and the gallons were frozen. She replied oh well that’s how it came in. Rude
