“This is a well-organized store, with plenty of cheerful staff, who either know the answers to my questions or go to get the answer from the person who does. When I ask at the front desk where to find an item, usually someone there takes me to the right aisle and then finds the item and shows me where all the other sizes and brands are...and even alternate solutions to the same problem. Lately I go for products for my puppy, and she is welcome, on a leash, throughout the store. Generally I think the prices are lower than I have seen at large pet-supply stores.”
“Every time I go to Paris Farmers Union the staff are friendly and helpful. I had issues with a pellet stove I bought there, no fault of theirs, and I called and explained everything. The person I spoke with was very helpful and even called me back a day later to let me know they would get things taken care of for me through the stoves distributor. I would not hesitate to make large purchases in this store.”
“It's a nice store with a good variety of things but the checkout lines/waittimes are usually a little longer as they only have one checkout open most of the time.”

“Comfort Hill was our lifesaver this past spring. Needed to board our two Bernese (one a rambunctious 8 month old) in an emergency and they accommodated us…best place! We have kept on boarding them as needed and always feel they do a super job of knowing each family and their respective dog(s)/human personalities! ???”
