I recently had an incredible experience with their service team! A couple of weeks ago, I had some work done on the muffler of my Subaru. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with it again. When I brought my car back in, the team promptly took a look and informed me that the previous work was still under warranty.
To my delight, they fixed the muffler issue completely free of charge! Their dedication to customer satisfaction and their commitment to standing behind their work truly impressed me. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in addressing my concerns.

My husband and I had been loyal customers for about 2 years, but unfortunately when I got in my car after my appointment today, I realized a bag that was left in there was taken. When letting the shop know, the manager was very nice about it and said they’d let the owner know and if it wasn’t one of the mechanics then it was probably one of the crackheads who walk the street… it was also disclosed that other customers have complained of items being stolen from their cars.

Went in not even a full week ago to get my car inspected. Slapped an inspection sticker on there without informing me my power steering was failing. Drove an hour away from home for it to tell me to service my power steering not even 72 hours from being in their shop.

Good place to go. Good selections of tires or can get it quickly. They also are very patient handling with the warranty company. They will not make you feel bad.
