Customer service is not the best. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. Put me on hold without even saying anything and I was on it for a while, was just not helpful at all very disrespectful, unprofessional, customer service, needs improvement!

From this FBers pov, the yard guys are very helpful in regards to getting the load of drywall off my trailer in a timely matter between rain drops, and they even helped me to roll up tarps. This says a lot for the owners of this store in that they must treat their employees well since they in turn are nice to we truck drivers. Thanks Poulin Lumber

There is never a visit that I was not fully satisfied and left as a happy customer. The associates all are friendly and bed over backwards to assist with the "watchamacallits" miraculously knowing what im looking for.
