I used to work there 10 year ago but quit love the cater family but they were farrel distributing people and gave my family distributor poor sales and the lady are rude and just not same store that it was 20 years ago

Seems like a trend in reviews here…Wrote a review back in April/may 21 about the rude ladies here. Came back to update… still pretty grumpy, but the longer they’ve known me the less cranky they seem. Still not ideal, but far more tolerable.

I'm no longer going to this place, I saw for myself those 2 cantankerous old grumpy hags and their rudeness. I've been going to this store over 20 years although I heard stories about the terrible 2 crusty crumudgeons who work there, I haven't until recently dealt with their spit and venom. Yes they weren't very polite and grunted a lot despite my efforts to be nice but recently it's gotten to be ridiculous. It's 1 thing to complain about too many customers, or huff and puff when I ask for something behind the counter, or God forbid I need gas on top of my purchase, but scolding me in front of a co worker and customer tonight was where I draw the line. The old woman with glasses actually said "Are you kidding me I justcleaned that" all because I stopped the cappuccino machine and it dripped some water into the tray. It looked watery so I stopped pouring. She is so rude it's not funny. I've heard stories for years how people won't go there because of these 2 grumpy grannies. I'm on that list now too. I've seen enough of these rude women. I'm sorry they hate their jobs so much but it's no cause to be so rude.

Showed up at 7:55 just to pump gas with my citgo card outside. Watched her shoo away a customer that they were closed. She proceeded to finish her deposit and didnt even have the decency to allow the gas sale. She saw me at the pump more than once. She came out at 8:01 locked the door and got in her black suv car ride and ignored me 100%. You are a straight up disrespectful person who should be terminated immediately. I will be calling the corporate division of citgo regardless of them being the owner or not.

This store employs a racist.. evil. Witch named PAT! SHE IS MISERABLE AND TAKES IT OUT ON ANYBODY SHE CHOOSES TO HARRASS. SHE INSULTS DAILY CUSTOMERS.. YELLS AT PEOPLE FOR BUYING ITEMS BECAUSE SHE DOSENT WANT TO DO HER JOB. SHE DEGRADES WOMEN . CHILDREN nd especially minorities! She hates when people call her out and picks fights with anybody who challenges her. She is straight trash! I dont know why she exists! Contact citgo headquarters and complain! Eventually she will lose her job! She scares buisness away... i guess the owner dosent care. She will burn in hell for her evil.

I’m tired of walking in this store. Many of the ladies are mean, irritable, and rude to the customers. Pat and Laurie are the worst. They treat you like an inconvenience for even entering the store. They do this every time I have walked in, and I have been going to this store for over ten years. Laurie regularly gossips about other regular customers as they walk in, I have to hear her complain about that person as I’m checking out.

I have been in this store several times and I am done.The people that work there are very rude and unfreindly.I buy some items and my mega lottery tickets their. I will not buy from their again. You need to train your employees some manners.They are not pleasant at all.Every time I have been their it has been the same with all the employees.They stand outside the front door and smoke.It's a disgusting smell, just to walk up to the front door.
