Beautiful hotel. Got a room on the fifth floor that was a super cozy because of how the roof shaped the top of the room. Also had one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious!

Our son is attending Champlain College in Burlington. This hotel is the perfect place to stay. The Lighthouse Restaurant is next door with exquisite cuisine and ample parking. On our first visit to Burlington, we stayed at the Hilton and we had trouble with parking, finding food and our room heater. This is our 4th visit and stay at the Hampton. It is only a few miles away from the college and we find it to be much more comfortable and with many nearby amenities with ample parking.

Staff failed to provide adequate service restocking facilities like bathroom papers and didn't maintain facilities. There are damaged soap and towel dispensers, with half of them not functioning at all. Leaving event goers not washing their hands and not having a way to cleanse after using a restroom. Doors to the event space were hard to close and secure in some rooms leaving anything left in the event rooms unsecured. I'm not happy with how their facility is in need of repair and the lack of service that is basics to provide.

Let me start with their front desk team is very friendly and helpful! They have a huge breakfast, with some very good food, including a waffle maker! The room was very clean and nicely put together. The bed was very comfortable and had perfect pillows. Didn't hit the pool, but maybe next time. The location of this hotel is perfect too because there's Starbucks, a restaurant and a gas station all within an easy walk! The restaurant The Lighthouse was amazing! Food was very good, definitely a must try!

This hotel should be avoided. We were informed at check in that due to short staffing the hotel was not offering housekeeping. We were left to clean our own room and make our own bed. I guess we were supposed to ignore that housekeeping is a core component of a hotel’s value proposition. The tub drain in our room was totally clogged so when we showered the water rose above our ankles. Maintenance came to fix it, but on the second night it was still clogged. We checked out 2 days early and went to the Doubletree. Much better for not much more. We also cancelled our October stay here as well, we will not return.

Rooms: Chambre propre, lit inconfortable, oreiller n’ayant aucun support et en mettre deux c’est trop. Bon service si on manque de quelque chose. Les chambres sont faites aux 2 jours
Nearby activities: La piscine: pièce chauffée mais l’eau froide; 10 minutes dans l’eau et j’étais toujours gelée.
Food and drinks: Le buffet déjeuner est à proscrire….omelette faite avec des œufs liquide, galettes de saucisse qui baignent dans le gras, gruau trop cuit même à 6hres le matin. Je n’ai vraiment pas aimé par contre mon mari a aimé les gaufres, les fruits: pommes, orange et banane.

The only draw back is that it is out of town. But if you have your own car and caove around, this is an excellent place. Rooms were neat and tidy.
Complementary breakfast which includes freshly made eggs, omelette etc
Lobby is big and spacious
Swimming pool and gym is also good enough
Room service was friendly and overall neat and clean
I didn't find any problem except that we were not having own car so every time we had to go to town, Uber was required which we all know is not cheap.

Good customer service. Rooms are average. Free breakfast. Starbucks across the parking lot. Free parking. Windows open 4 inches. Restaurant next door is open for lunch and dinner. Restaurant has a lounge,it is average.

Wayyyy too expensive. Booked online for 1 night at an outrageous $309 BEFORE tax, then upon arrival was informed that actually the rate had gone up and we now had to pay $340 plus tax. Got to the room to find an absolute cheesebox with two double beds instead of two queens. Soap, and shampoo were empty in the shower and the whole place smelled like marijuana but hey, two free bottles of water at check-in makes it all better.
