“Arrived at my Cricket home store in South Burlington, Vermont completely frazzled with a brand new phone - with SIM card issues - which made it an expensive NON working new phone! Fortunately for me, an employee named Gabe was behind the counter. While I was explaining the situation, Gabe was already in action fixing it! “Dealing with phones and contracts can be so confusing and frustrating, especially with how often plans change. But my mom and I have been working with Lucien every time we come in since we switched over and we LOVE HIM! Whatever his pay is, double it, he takes every possible measure to make sure we are taken care of and understand what is happening on our plan. Plus he fulling remembers details of our issues in the past so every-time we come in we aren’t starting over explaining what we need to do/change!”

“I switched carriers from AT&T to T-Mobile while in Canada. Unfortunately the T-M rep on the phone couldn’t complete the setup and advised I would have to go to a T-M office. The nearest was a 2 hour drive away from Montreal, in Burlington, VT. But the store manager made it worth my while. Diagnosed the problem expertly and instantly and had me up and running (two lines) within 20 minutes. It’s always great to deal with smart professionals. Good job!”

“My phone charger port was broken and my phone died. After, buying the same phone again, and 3 days of driving to Verizon, T-Mobile, and Walmart for phone support, my phone was still not working. My only other option was to drive almost 3 1/2 hours to NY or NH to a corporate store for a solution.However, I googled phone repair near me, first, and saw this store in Burlington. I drove the 35 miles to it, with my new (not working/activated phone), and my dead phone that I needed to have turned on for my files/account transfer.The technician in this store fixed my phone with the broken charger in about an hour for a very decent price.I couldn't believe it, 3 days and the others couldn't.I appreciate the promptness and knowledge of the technician. Thanks.”

“If you’re having your latte and staying in the cafe, ask for a mug! Always get my order correct. I always order in cafe with not a long wait. We all know starbucks cafe orders don’t pop out of the microwave, so Indeed, you do wait but not in the long lines that I’ve experienced. My husband says the chai latte tastes so much better here then in his travels.”

“Joey at this Verizon store was so kind and helpful and efficient in doing exactly what I asked - figuring out how to reduce my bill by undoing the errors made by associates at one of the other Verizon stores. NOTE that this store is the only actual Verizon store in Burlington - all of the others are just dealers that are incentivized to charge the customer more through I’ll-advised transactions etc. I highly recommend only going to this store, never the others, even though that may mean a longer line for me next time. The other associates were also helpful and welcoming… overall great experience. I can truly say that this is the first time in over a decade that I’ve left a cellular service store not irate and agitated… and, in fact, quite the opposite. Thank you, Joey, for your awesome service!!”
