“I really like this store and the manager, Mike, is excellent. Amazing selection and good prices. However, the last time that I was here, Monday around 2:30, the staff was busier flirting with her coworker than doing her job. She practically ignored me and didn't listen to me-rude in other ways. That's why the four stars as opposed to five.”
“I have worked in Burlington for the last 6 years, and have struggled to find a regular place to grab lunch on a short lunch break that provided great customer service, was clean, friendly AND good food. I had given up on the idea that I would find a place to meet my expectations. Until I stopped at THIS champlain farms. I walked in hesitant and wondering what kind of service I was going to get, and what food choices they had. I typically eat a low carb moderate protein diet.”

“The store was heavily packed last night with only one person at the register and there must have been 15 customers in there standing in line. I was impressed with the clerk that was working last night, as he opened up all 3 registers and was taking 3 people at a time in the most professional and positive manor, cutting the wait time by a significant amount. I just think that this young man deserves credit for taking charge in a situation like that.”

“I've been going to Vitale since 2011 for all things car related. I find him to be extremely busy, but despite that he has always been honest, direct, reliable and definitely not interested in up selling me. If anything he has saved me likely thousands of dollars of unnecessary work pushed on me at the Kia dealership. He finds me generic parts for half the price. My only feedback is that this guy is often slammed- he's a one man show doing everything himself and delegating to his crew. If you need your car within a certain timeline, let him know. He will let you know if he can get that turnaround time or not. I live around the corner so I can be flexible here and there if his estimates aren't spot on (time wise), which helps with all the moving parts energy. The good news, folks love him and he's slammed for a reason.”
