Wayne fit in my Tesla Model Y in his very busy calendar for some minor pain work. It came out looking brand new and he even cleaned my Weathertech mats. Wayne and team were super friendly, honest and quick to get the job done. Highly recommend this shop!

I highly recommend this place I just got my mazda back and I can't believe how good it looks the fact that they worked with my insurance directly was awesome and they managed to get it done before my insurance ran out for my rental that was stress-free they are awesome people and they were so nice enough to stay open for me so I could get my car they really care about their customers and kept me up-to-date on everything they also gave it a nice fresh cleaning and I just want people to know that manufacturers sometimes are to blame for delays so please keep that in mind

I am a travel nurse and my car was involved in a hit and run the beginning of June. I only had 4 weeks left before I moved back to Colorado, and everyone in town was booking out into August, including this shop. This shop is top notch. I was on a time crunch, and they worked with me to get the job done. Wayne was so helpful through out the process and I would highly recommend them for body work. My car looked great, and the thoughtfulness and accommodations were not unnoticed.

Had two body work incidents in the last few months, and Burlington Collision fixed them both times. They fit me into the schedule, completed the work quickly and did an excellent job. Repaired my car a few years ago and overlooked a step in the process. When I told them the paint was peeling, they were apologetic, and repaired the car without any hassle. We all make mistakes. I'm always impressed when people take responsibility and rectify the issue with a smile. Would definitely recommend this business.

First, I'll say that yes, they do a fantastic job on auto body repair.BUT....Important heads up here -- be sure to ASK THEM HOW LONG the job will take. They had my car for a WEEK, and NOBODY there gave me that heads up. I would have been able to arrange for a rental from my insurance if I had known, and instead was scrambling to borrow a vehicle from friends/family while I already didn't have mine.Oh also, literally same day my car was ready to be picked up - "By the way, we charge 4% if you pay by credit card"... so I raced home to grab my checkbook (not like I've got $1500 in cash lying around, and who uses checks these days....) on top of already trying to make a doctors appointment after picking up the car!!!So, yes they're good, but, have cash/check ready, and make sure they're honest about the time it will take to do the work.Service: Auto detailing

Great experience here, Ed was quick and helpful with getting me on the schedule and taking care of my adjuster quote. Wayne kept me up to date on the progress of my car and even came in early on a Saturday to finish my job after working hard to get my car’s tough paint mix just right. It’s easy to tell the crew at BCC take pride in their work and don’t cut any corners.
