Fantastic resource for photographers. VCP is a world class institution and an important part of the greater New England arts community. The PhotoThrift shop inside VCP accepts old equipment and donations are tax deductible.

Very friendly helpful staff. One of my lenes broke, and the staff referred me to a business to purchase a replacement. While there, I cut myself, and they gave me towels and a banage

Welcoming small gallery with darkroom and digital printing resources, a photo book library, and even a shop selling exotic/antique cameras and lenses. The juried exhibition I saw was soulfully curated and captioned. VCP is a rarity, dedicated to upholding an art form, supported by a passionate local community. Stop by.

I've attended three exhibitions over the past year and have found all three to be well done. The gallery space is wonderful and no signs of the crowds mentioned in another review. I would highly recommend a visit to this gallery for all types of photography lovers.

Owner promised my school a donation of equipment and attempts to reach him to confirm donation have met with no response.

VCP is one of my favorite places in Brattleboro. They have lots of amazing photos in their gallery, with cool events happening fairly frequently. They have an AWESOME room filled with old cameras, lenses, various accessories, and darkroom supplies. They also help out local schools a ton by donating equipment, or selling it way below market value.Josh is an absolute gem, he's super friendly and always down to talk shop.Stop by, whether you're looking for a camera, or some film, or if you just want to look at some cool art. VCP won't disappoint.

They scanned about forty slides from the mid-sixties for me. They did it well, quickly, and at a reasonable price.
