The people i have talked to , are very friendly and attentive, Nothing to mentioned about that, but the service and the $$ for it is just ridiculous. Getting my pellet Stove maintenance appointment done cost $190 and they wont repair anything, is just for them to come look at it and tell you if is good for it to operate. No option for you to get it fixed if thats needed or anything close to that. Absurd! Not sure exactly what Maintenance definition is for them.

Friends of Your Wallet installed two gas stoves at the house. Two different times, I had an issue with the stoves that I just needed some info on, when I tried to call them the line was always busy! Like for hours! Terrible customer service!!!!

Horrible! Called in August 2022 for a pre-season service and a problem we were having with our thermostat, lady said she'd call back when an appointment opened up. We got tired of waiting for a call back, fixed the issue ourselves, and they just now called us back 2/15/2023

Such a positive experience over the phone with Mindy and Kim at FriendsoftheSun this afternoon. If you are an owner of a wood stove who has ever experienced something going wrong in the middle of the heating season and have desperately tried with no luck to make contact with a certified company, then you certainly understand what it feels like to finally talk to someone knowledgable (who understands what it's like to be an overwhelmed new mom), who takes the time to listen to your concerns and works hard to provide help as quickly as possible. That was the experience I had today. Professional, compassionate, staff going above and beyond. I am so grateful. Thank you guys so much!

I’m really confused by this store. They’re called friends of the sun and I assumed that given that they advertise patio stuff and hammocks I could… find a selection? Instead the summer stuff (in august) is stuck in a back room down some stairs and there are no options, just one type of hammock and one type of umbrella. The entire store is wood stoves? The store does not advertise what they sell very well.Went back in to see if I missed a display room where their “large selection” of summer furniture was. Asked. They laughed at me and said oh well it’s slim pickins.

I highly recommend Brattleboro Friends Of The Sun. These guys and gals are very passionate and knowledgable about wood stoves and provide VERY thorough sales consultations and customer service. I love this place. Nate helped me purchase a Lopi Evergreen which is now installed and exceeding all my expectations. You are in good hands. You can trust them.

These guys go out of their way to help you, even during the Covid crisis. I went to the store to look at stoves for My Mother-in-law and saw that they were only open by appointment. I called from the parking lot to make an appointment and they dropped their lunch and came out to meet me and show me the stove I was looking to purchase. They’re familiar with their products and, in the end, applied a $200 manufacturers credit to the purchase. Top notch!
