Great Customer service from the time I contacted the company right up to delivery. Great communication. Pricing was reasonable,, no surprises on bill. Delivery - day before major holiday, on time. Driver was excellent and experienced! Connex was in great conduction. Delivered exactly what they promised. HIGHLY recommend anyone interested. GREAT Experience.

I had a storage unit of theirs (shipping container) for a number of years, legit could have purchase one outright by the time I was done with it. Long story.
Anyway, the shipping container was clean, the delivery and pick up was a snap, and had zero issues with billing/autopay over the time that I had the unit on my property. Would recommend to other needing an on property storage solution.

Brattleboro Storage provides prompt friendly service. from the initial quote to the delivery of the 20 foot storage container my experience was pleasant and seamless. The crew in the office, and Eddie the driver got the job done for me in time just before a snowstorm on a steep hill with tight turns to get the unit into the location. They are truly professional!

We used a shipping container storage unit at Brattleboro Portable Storage for about 3 months. We did a lot of research among storage companies and the shipping container seemed like the best way of keeping our possessions dry and pest-free. It turned out to be an excellent choice and Brattleboro Portable Storage was easy and helpful to deal with. If we ever have to store things again, we wouldn't hesitate to use them.
