There is an employee named Becky at the location at 328 North Ave in Burlington, VT that does not enforce the state mask mandate despite being told to do so by her boss. When another employee tried to enforce the rule Becky ridiculed and bullied them to the point where they quit the very next day. Unless you want to possibly catch Corona I wouldn’t recommend going to that location.

somebody got a good deal on some coffee covers but twice in one month I've worn my coffee in my lap because the covers don't fit the cups anymore and they fall off

Awesome atmosphere in here! Amy is the manager and shes a hoot! Always a welcoming place, its kept clean and well stocked with a deli and hot food available to go! Easy parking lot and an atm inside. Most days they have a food warmer with pre made burgers and whatever they pick to make for the day.

Packaged food and drink is mostly expired, staff is mostly polite and it could be better, but it's ok.
