Every time I come here it's a waiting game. 8 people working in the pharmacy and still a long line of people. I think they get paid extra to move as slow as possible.

They’re super busy at the pharmacy most of the time, Kinney ought to open a small branch in South Barre to take some stress off. They do the best they can and they are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Just too much business. And with Montpelier location temporarily closed there more volume. So try to leave the attitude at home when you visit.

I know they're busy, because all the pharmacy business from a flooded nearby town, moved over to them. I acknowledge how hard the employees are working. But Kinney as a corporation should be ashamed of themselves for not adjusting to the business overflow, and putting strain on their employees. It's gotten worse over the last two weeks, probably because employees have resigned in exhaustion. PAY THEM MORE!My main complaint is the phone. I've spent over an hour the last two days on hold, being sent back to the front of the store, and then back to the pharmacy. If employees are going to be instructed to ignore the phone, then this should be indicated in the phone maze. It's simple -- "The pharmacy is currently not taking phone calls due to increased customer volume." Done. People not happy. But not wasting time waiting for someone to pick up. And Kinney corporation? SHAME!

This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. My husband served 43 years active duty in the USN and I never had any problems with any pharmacy until I moved to VT and made the big mistake of using them because the DOD chose them and Walgreens to serve us. Well when I have called them they don't answer the phone and I am disconnected. Even when the woman at the front of the store tried to call them they don't answer the phone for her. In the last two days I have spent six or more hours calling their pharmacy and no one answers. So I am going to do the smart thing and never go into that store for anything and use Walgrens. They answer their phone very quickly and the pharmacists are very helpful. I am going to contact military friends who live here in VT and start up a group to see they do not use them in the future. I will not stop my goal to see they lose as many customers that it affects them financially.Now off to Yelp and every other website where I can warn people about Kinney Drugs in Berlin.

The worst pharmacy in the state of VT. Check out their reviews. They complain they are busy. That is not my problem. The company must be too cheap to hire extra pharmacists and people to answer their phone. Find yourself a new pharmacy so you won't go through the hell I went through to talk to anyone in the pharmacy. It would make me very happy to see they lose a lot of their customers. Wake up Vermonters there are other pharmacies that will give you the service you desire. They are a disgrace.
