My five-year-old son had a competition here today and had the time of his life. Momentum did a great job hosting. If you're thinking of putting your son in gymnastics I recommend it and the people at Momentum are full of passion and heart for the success of your kid.

We had our sons birthday party here a couple weeks ago and it couldn’t have gone more perfectly. The staff was engaging with the kids and they all had a BLAST! If you are looking for a stress free and affordable party that the kids will be talking about for a long time then this is the place to go.

It's a really good place for training parkour and learning new flips! Foam cube pit was a bit shallow and I did end up injuring my neck on the bottom, but other than that it's one of the better open gyms I've done.

My kids have loved this gym! They are professional and kind. They push the kids to do their best and are a bright spot in their lives. The coaches are responsible and it has been a great experience attending here. (Speaking on Recreation classes for boys 10-3 years old)

“A gymnastics gym owner in Utah is facing dozens of felonies after authorities said he used a hidden camera to capture images of people in a state of undress in a bathroom.Adam Richard Jacobs, 33, the owner of USA Gymnastics World in Woods Cross, was arrested March 22 on suspicion of 40 felonies and misdemeanors related to the incident, according to a statement of probable cause, KUTV-TV reported.Police searched the USA Gymnastics World last week with a warrant, and allegedly uncovered hours of hidden camera footage taken inside a bathroom and the boys locker room at a gymnastics facility in Davis County. The arrest report alleges Jacobs "intentionally placed a camera, disguised as a charging block for a cell phone, in the unisex bathroom of a local business he owns in Davis County, Utah." A Woods Cross Police spokesperson confirmed to KUTV on Thursday that the location was USA Gymnastics World. That spokesperson also said an employee of the gym found the device.According to the probable cause statement, the videos pulled from an SD card in the hidden camera held more than 500 files. The videos were reportedly taken between Oct. 6-18, 2022 and included 70 people using the restroom or undressing, many of them children.”

the place is filled with the equipment, but they should include some stretching prior the routine to the new ones; my granddaughter love gymnastics but complain about her wrist

I've been attending the adult class (Tue @ 9 pm) for almost two years now. I have absolutely loved it. The way the adult class is currently structured is quite nice:- Tuesday nights at 9 pm and it goes until whenever you want- You pay per class so there's no real commitment to coming every week- All levels are welcome. I'm a newbie and so is the majority of the adults that come to class- We spend the first ~10 min doing mobility and flexibility work to warm up for class- For 20-30 min, we do a number of drills using gymnastics equipment (mats, spring floor, trampolines, bars, rings, etc.) that ALL levels can participate in (the coach shows how to adjust each drill to your skill level)- After that, we have open gym, and you can work on whatever you want with the assistance of the coaches (they helped me learn how to do a back flip, a round off... some people work on more technical stuff but it's really whatever you want to work on no pressure, only good vibes) - and you can stay for as long as you want. I've left at midnight multiple times- Usually we get ~10 adults in every week, some times more, some times less, and most of us are beginners to intermediary- The coaches are fantastic. They're super knowledgeable, and just nice people, and make you feel comfortable no matter your background / skill level. The other adults that come to class are also a good time.I can't recommend this class highly enough. If you've ever wanted to learn some gymnastics skills, improve the ones you already have, or learn new ones, this is it!

Went here for gymnastics for my daughter. Then we moved away and it was a bummer. We still go for their parents night out. My daughter and son both love doing there. The parents night outs are way organized and fun. I mean they are terrible. Don’t do it so Space doesn’t run out ?

My two kids are in the tot class with Hugh and love it. Hugh is great with the kids and so good at helping them learn new skills! It is a fun class and so good for my kids to be around other young children and move their bodies.

Both our daughters have been attending for a couple of years now. The facility is clean, modern, and very well run. The coaches have a difficult job pushing the kids to do their best and overcoming their fears….while still making it fun. I feel like they do a really good job balancing this. Fear the rope!

This place shines not only with plethora of equipment available for all gymnastics routines but with coaches that put their heart and sweat in ensuring unforgettable learning experience. This place is literally the only one I found that does adult gymnastics classes. At one point I was starting to lose hope that if you are older than a teenager, this sport is not for you. I'm happy to be proven wrong as you don't need prior gymnastics experience to try yourself out and see what your body might be capable of. Come over and see for yourself!
