Came in, no delay in getting to teller. Gal was very professional and on target. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it.. Got it done in hurry. Going in I was in a bit of a huff, but coming out I felt good as I was impressed by that lady Teller.

Luis Enriquez is an amazing loan officer! The finance team at our car dealership was giving my mom the workaround. They wouldn’t approve her for an auto loan with the two banks they regularly work with, and this was with my older sister helping my mom out and cosigning.
Because of that, we left the car dealership and decided to go to MACU. We had to drive around to find one with less of a wait time. Luis looked at our situation and found a simple solution. He asked that we provide documents that prove the insurance of the car that rear-ended my mom, was sending a settlement check to the lien holder of my mom’s, now total-loss car. After we provided that proof, it lowered my mom’s debt-to-income ratio substantially. This allowed her to get approved for a loan without the need for my older sister to cosign.
I’m upset with the car dealership finance team that cost us about 700 dollars in outside financing fees, and the fact that they unnecessarily pulled a hard inquiry on my sister’s credit. But I’m just happy that Luis and his expertise were there to save us from that very long day.

Manager Bryon Hiebasko (spelling?) made our experience at the branch awful. I will absolutely avoid this location - and reconsider having my money at this financial institution as a direct result of how difficult he made things for us.
We went to the Centerville branch right after and they helped us with what we needed with none of the extraordinary and unnecessary hurdles Bryon was making us go through. Thank goodness we went to another branch!
They said they will report his poor interaction to the credit union administration and we will be doing so as well.
Avoid!!!

MACU has always been my only place of business for financial needs. They’ve always been 10/10! I’ve never had a single issue with them. I usually go to the woods cross location and everyone is so helpful and nice! Les Sosa & the manager are fantastic! I definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have been a member of this credit union for many years (back when it was the Utah Public Employee's Credit Union and through all the merges and names since). I am always receive a friendly smile and helpful service.

This branch is totallly amazing great customer service always helpful they waived my penalty for moving my cd account to a money market because I have a major disability and it was amazing. Tyler the branch manager is super awesome says hi to me all the time gives me good vibes. Madyson was helping me multiple times to get my account taken care of and was able to turn in the paper work to get my penalties waived Nathan also was super helpful always helps out a lot and is super helpful they should get raised how can I not forget Sammy also and Ashely for helping multiple times just great service and lez for being so kind an curteous and always saying hi Quinton on helping me with my rates and such and all of the associates for being so amazing and making it so amazing to be here and do business with them they are way and far better than Wells Fargo 100 times I hope they all get big raises like 20-40 dollars they deserve it thank u for being so kind and amazing and can’t forget Kody also what an amazing person very helpful so cool keep doing great you guys u deserve a raise

The gal at the drive-thru window gave me very good advise to come back and adjust the structure of my saving certificates. When I did come back later that day, the teller was most helpful in making the necessary changes.

PLEASE figure out a way to make sure the ATM is available for deposit services ANY day of the week. 9/10 times when I need to deposit money to pay bills, it's unavailable.
