This location is awesome and very helpful and rocked my taxes... meaning they know their stuff and care about you and walk you through everything... and answered all of my questions even the ones I thought were stupid questions...

i have filed taxes with HR Block for many years ...... always had friendly greetings and service ...... fully informed to any changes that the IRS has made to the taxes

Filing my taxes with H&R Block has been a nightmare. They charged $400+ for taxes that I found errors in twice (that's two amendments). The out-of-season customer service has been terrible. My second amendment got lost in the mail, and I've been unsuccessfully trying to get ahold of a real, in-person tax consultant for three months. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and honestly H&R Block altogether.

Grumpiest front desk worker I've ever encountered.Came in and waited for the woman at the front desk to stop staring at the wall. She eventually looked over at me and made eye contact as I said hello. I asked for a specific tax professional that I booked an appointment online with but was given a scathing attitude and response letting me know that I was at the wrong location (100% my fault).I then asked if there were other appointments available today. Just in case I am unable to reschedule with the other location for being late and she tilted her head and bulged her eyes and screeched "right now?!" I said "well no, just wondering if there's any availability today in case I can't reschedu..." I was cut off as she snapped "well, don't you have another appointment?! You should call them because they must be expecting you." She then turned her head and started conversing with a coworker before I could respond.I left and called the other location in my car. They were swamped and had to reschedule with me. Understandable and exactly what I was expecting. Which is why I asked about availability. Unfortunate I couldn't just confirm if there was anyone available to work with today at this location. Decided I'll avoid H&R Block for good and will seek a local tax professional who will treat folks better than this. I'd highly recommend anyone else do the same.
