Went to this pawn shop and had a great experience with Aubrie the manager. She was friendly, professional, and most importantly she was very HONEST. (I shared with her my experience with cash amercia pawn and how they tried to scam me by saying my jewelry wasn't real. She told me she has heard that alot and has had a poor experience with cash america pawn trying to sell her own jewelry there.) Anyway EZ pawn is great and the manager Aubrie is delightful and I appreciate her exceptional customer service skills. She is more professional than the amateurs at cash america pawn because she was like "yeah this is definitely real 10k white gold, im not sure why the cash america pawn guys thought it was fake!" I would give 10 stars if I could because 5 is not enough for how grateful I was.

Won't give you an estimate without an ID. What if I wanted to sell something and I forgot my ID? And you didn't want to give me a brief estimate? You lose out on business? Luckily, the pawnshop down the street gave me an estimate, and I ended up selling to them after I got my ID. Either way, this pawn shop is very small and empty... about the size of a bedroom.

I drove out of my way, in a commercial tractor to get to this place because they had a lot of four and five-star reviews. After trying to do business here, I believe only employees, friends, and family would give this place anything above one star. The guy who waited on me acted as if he really hated his job, or just didn't want to help me. I came into the store to buy a Bluetooth speaker, but accidentally left my phone in the truck. I asked the guy to play something from his phone on the speaker so I could here the quality, and he refused. I guess they don't get the concept of customer service here.

Got a switch with full acessories for a deal that couldnt be beat. the staff was informative and helped with any questions I had. Definitely returning for their deals, And again thank you Thunder and Aubrey the 2 employees that helped us
