It's a shame that Colton & his bunch have become more about the almighty dollar than providing good customer service. Truckers beware the rates are outrageous from this accounting firm. We were customers for four years and there is ZERO loyalty.

Hello! As a new trucker I didn’t know any better and signed on with ATBS for my business accounting needs. That was a very very costly mistake.
This is when I signed on with Colton and TruckerCFO. Apprehensively, as well. Well, after filing my 2023 taxes, at first I was looking at between $40k to $50k in additional taxes, pre the ATBS way.
Colton and his Team, their professionalism and dedication to customers not only corrected this deficiency, but was able to get me a return. Honestly, it felt like a miracle (considering we are talking about the IRS here).
They done an amazing job and I’m grateful to put this matter behind me.

Back in 2011 when I was driving for CR England then Landstar 2017. I had a very very important tax question. I called my accountant, he never got back to me, I have no know idea how many times I called, but after three months, I can’t remember if I called again, or he called me. But as soon as I got him on the line I closed my account and when with ATBS, so far when I need to talk to someone I can talk to someone!

My experience with Equinox wasn't a good one. I was paired with Lynn and well, lets just say that I didn't feel like my money was in good hands.From the beginning the first thing I noticed was that their application was outdated and difficult to use. They also didn't have any instructional videos to guide you on how to use it.I was told that I would get a phone call from different people when I first signed up but six months into my Equinox subscription I realized those phone calls would never come. After they signed me up hook, line and sinker, I never heard from them again. So any communication I had with them was because I called them. Whenever I did manage to get Lynn on the phone she would all ways try to rush me off the phone.One good thing came out of Equinox but not without any problems. I paid them a hefty fee to set up my LLC and a guy named Colton set it up. I thought everything was fine untill I reviewed the paperwork. They completely messed up the address on my LLC. When I called Lynn to tell her about what had happened, all she could do was blame me as if I didn't know my own address. I then asked them to fix it which is where I was told to fix it myself. I had to then travel to my state of residence to get it fixed at my local Tax office. I know accidents happen and I would even be willing to accept the long shot possibility that I made the mistake until I read other reviews that stated the same exact thing happened to them.I'm all about second chances so I decided to move on from my Initial impression of Equinox and the crew and even went as far as to travel to Utah to meet Lynn in person to see if then I would get a more humane treatment. She actually was quite pleasant in person and she even sat with me for an hour which was a surprise to me since she doesn't seem to have two minutes on the phone. I understand that it's easier to rush you off the phone than tell you to go away but she did give me the time. We talked about a few things and I'm pretty sure she could of said these things to me over the phone but was too busy to do so. I also mentioned to her that I was sure I was missing quite a few receipts on my profit and loss statement.I left feeling as if maybe things would improve but when I got around to checking my profit and loss statement I realized that the problem was much bigger than I originally thought. I was missing so many receipts that I knew for sure at that point that I just couldn't trust Equinox with my business. I then emailed Lynn to cancel my account which she couldn't have been happier to do so since it probably means less work for her. The fact that she was able to cancel my account and not some cancellation department or someone above her that would try to keep your business tells me that this company's main focus is on the money They get from you, not what they can do for you and I personally can't do business with a company like that... Anytime I had a question or concern Lynn would call me and answer my questions or concern. They are timely with everything and they always keep you informedof everything. If you don't want IRS problems and need a good company to handle your business, they are the company. Nothing but great things to say about them. Your in good hands with them. Robert is the best. I hear it in his voice and by his work. He wants the best for us. So I give flowers to Lynn, Robert, and the rest for a job well done.
