It's not wrong. Anyway the woman at this branch finally fixed it in their system. I am pretty sure she was a branch manager (West Valley on 3500 S). “IMHO most banks are the same. That’s not the case with your banker. I just had one of the most positive encounters with a banker I’ve ever had. I’m approaching my 70th birthday and I’ve dealt with many banks and bankers over the years. I must say that Joshua Lucero, Financial Center Manager of B of A’s West Valley City branch was as gracious, helpful, polite, competent and professional as any banker I’ve ever dealt with. I came in off the street without any appointment to help me with a transfer of title of an Airstream travel trailer. He treated me as if I had known him for years. Please offer him my sincere gratitude and appreciation for truly exceeding all expectations.
