Terrible service, it seems that they give us the insurance, it takes them more than 20 minutes to wait, they answer ugly and in a hurry, bad service from the receptionists, you jump at them and you ociconas, I hope the owner realizes how many of these things are happening and puts a little more attention or customers will leave

I've been calling all day and they only put me on hold for 10 to 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer or give a quote, it's absurd... it doesn't work, look for another company that wants to serve you ?????

Too bad I don't recommend it! I call to cancel a vehicle from my policy because I live far away and they tell me no, I have to go to the office. I will have to continue giving them 50 dollars each month for insurance that I am not using because I cannot go, I do not recommend them at all. I'm going to wait for my plan to run out and change my insurer.

This place is awful. They work with an insurance company called falcon insurance. My partner got hit by someone insured by them and we called to file a claim and it's been more then 45 days an still no response. They sent us a letter saying they have to investigate and get a statement from the guy who caused the accident. They will not cover car rental until our car is in the shop. So hopefully no body gets hit with this insurance company.

Bad service, they never have time, the ladies who answer, you call them and they put you on hold for an hour, they never answer your questions, bad, very bad administration.

Terrible attention from them! If you paid them for their services you are not asking them for anything for free! I hope the people in charge of the staff read this comment and let them know where they are failing! Bad attention!
