I went here for them to help me with my brother's taxes. They filed his taxes for me, I thought everything was good. However, a couple months later I received a letter from the IRS. contacted them to help me figure out what needed to be done with the letter and they had me send them over the letter and I haven't heard from them since. I've contacted them a couple times after the letter and still haven't heard anything!
