I have always loved having Wendy do my hair and how friendly she is. Your prices have skyrocketed and that’s a problem . I can see that it is effecting the amount of patrons that are not coming in. And because of that I am sure you have lost good stylists.

Wendy waited to go to lunch to cut my hair, very very sweet of her. I haven’t had my hair cut outside the house in 10 years had a bad experience. She was amazing.

Terrible experience here!! I asked for a Balayage with highlights and lowlights to cover all the gray, didn't get the gray covered and ended up with a fried mess cost me $200 asked for a refund or a redo they declined! I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Okay so I am super scared of getting my hair cut since somehow they always manage to mess it up. This place is no difference. The girl who cut my hair Jocelyn was nice enough. But I asked for shoulder length hair. And my hair texture wasn’t taken into account with the hair cut. I have very thick hair. And once she started cutting she immediately cut it way to short to even try to fix it or for me to even say anything. She cut it up to my chin:(((!!! I haven’t had a hair cut in years due to this fear. I wish they would ask more questions about your hair texture and how you style it and start cutting the hair in smaller increments before just cutting it all off.

I got my hair cut with Wendy today. Can we all agree she is simply the best to treat your curly hair, give you tips, feedback on how to look the best style on you? and what I like about her the most is the fact that she advise you on what is best for you, not what you like.I showed her a pic of a 3A curly style and she did on my 3B curly hair, and again, after few changes to fit me the best!!. See? Told ya!!Please, do yourself a favor a book an appointment with her your curls will thank you for that!

I asked the lady at the register if she could fit me in for a haircut. She said no as they both had appointments coming in. I knew that was a lie so I asked them to take my number down. I walked by about 20 minutes later and they're both on their phones and sitting down. Really?! I could have been done by then. Would never recommend this place.
