I have heard many good things about this company, but after seeing a Big Buda story on Fox13, I saw the person you chose as a spokesman for the bit was named Chad… after seeing him on the news I HAD TO bring up an experience I had being in the West Jordan store with him. While waiting to be helped a number of months ago, I came to your store and I overheard and saw him talk to another employee… He was talking very casually and incredibly vulgar and distasteful about a woman. His language and general disrespect for anyone around or the woman he was talking about was abhorrent and I would never want to support that kind of behavior anywhere. I walked away and never ended up getting anything from the store. I wish I had decided to stay and talk to a manager about it, but didn’t and seeing him on the news gave me the second chance to say what I should have about him a few months ago. If you want this location to succeed remove toxic and disrespectful personalities like this.

5 star plus. If customer service is important to you. This is the place. It's been so refreshing to deal with all the people at Mountainland. My experiences have all been good with everyone - but especially a big shout out to Katrina and Bill - I hope I can pay it forward and be as good to my customers as they have been to me. Katrina thank you - you are so sweet and so kind and have bent over backwards to help me. :)

BEST service in town. I know because this was my 4th and last stop for help. Needed help with sprinkler valves. I was given all the correct parts and the employee (didn’t get his name) took time to help me understand how the parts work and fit together.

place is ok. Guys are not the most helpful. if your a do it yourself, good luck with them helping you out, much less treat you with some respect! Their is an older gentleman that is always at the far east end of their front desk and he does help you. he's the only reason i'm giving the Two Stars! other then that they would get a Zero. Your WAY BETTER OFF going right next door at Standard Supply. the guys their are down to earth & helpful!!
