I had a really complicated case a couple years back. My dad had put my sister and I on his car insurance to help us in the future when we would get our own. I reached out to Jordan River Insurance to help me get car insurance after moving to UT. That's when we found out that my dad's insurance company lost their records of my sister and I being insured with my dad. Luckily, I kept my old car insurance cards that had my name on them. Jordan River Insurance was able to take that information and worked to make sure we had a record of past insurance. This allowed us to get a lower rate for car insurance options.They are always friendly and work hard to ensure the best for their customers. I trust that I'll be taken care of when I use their services. I plan on continuing to work with them.

I've used Jordan River Insurance for many years, but my most recent experience with them has been a nightmare. I was working with Kamari and at first everything seemed fine. However, I was not receiving calls back when she promised, sometimes days or weeks later. I asked her to email me a quote, she said she would, but never did. After weeks of jumping through hoops, on February 8th, I was very fed up and decided to get insurance directly by myself. I called Kamari to notify her that I'd no longer be using their services. She got very frustrated with me and exclaimed that she had been working on getting it finalized. I explained that after a very poor experience, I would no longer be proceeding. I was not going to leave a negative review, despite the very poor experience and customer service I received, until today, February 10th, when I saw I got charged for the insurance plan anyway.It's incredibly frustrating to have such a poor experience and now I have to wait to receive my money back.
