On 1/11/2024 my wife, two children, and I were on our way to Zion from Las Vegas. In the middle of the night we found we had a flat tire, and pulled over to the Terrible's Gas station on 954 N Commerce Blvd #2, Washington, UT 84780. I was attempting to fix the tire in the cold weather, your employee Justin came out and offered his help. He also offered to let my wife and children wait in the gas station where it was warm. He was extremely helpful, polite, and went above and beyond when he absolutely did not have to. He was absolutely wonderful and my family and I are extremely grateful for his help during that stressful situation. He was genuinely caring and represented your business extremely well. THANK YOU JUSTIN!

Craig the carwash manager was so helpful he even helped fish something from the vacum canister after I accidently vacuumed it up. Very kind, professional, great customer care

Sunriver Terribles St George Utah here plan on something not working or being out.Last time I stopped care of the coffee pots weren't working couldn't get any coffeeThis time when I stopped here at the bathrooms are out of orderThe coffee creamer machine is emptyThe Coffee Cup dispenser is emptyNapkins are empty.Coffee creamer dispenser can is emptyThe picnic area had been hosed down with the hose but the table's not wiped off everything was soaking wetAnd there's no bicycle racks to park your bicycles and lock them upAfter all it is located next to some major bicycle trailsOn top of that the person behind the cash register wasn't very friendly I won't be stopping here again.And I'll be telling my friends not to bother stopping here too

I came in around 1 pm 8/4/23 and used a cup to get ice and realized there wasn’t any of the soda I wanted. Instead of putting a USED DIRTY cup back for someone else to have to use, I threw it away. The cashier proceeded to PULL IT OUT OF THE TRASH and PUT IT BACK. And to top it off I got the register and she tried to argue with me over “wasting inventory”. I have come here for years and never had a problem up until now. I will not be coming back. Do better. That’s disgusting.

Goog thing it is named terribles, we stopped here because it didn't have a line of cars, but we should have just gone to maverick. No prices are listed anywhere inside the store and no diesel price listed outside. It was a dollar more a gallon for diesel. With no prices listed inside you don't know what your getting and if anything has a deal. Cool your store is clean, but we will not be returning. Now we know why this gas station is always empty.

Gas pumps are constantly out of receipt paper, requiring you to go inside and often wait in line for your receipt that has the carwash code on it. Last three times in a row.

Just as the name says. This place is TERRIBLE, AWFUL, MEDIOCRE.you gotta play F 'Dora the Explorer' in the whole store to find prices for everything.For real, just go to mavericks across the street.
